Charming and cozy cottage ideal for a small family or a couple seeking a getaway. All visitors must provide their own linens, towels, and paper goods. Gracie's Place is styled and equipped according to the preferences of its owner. A coffee maker, microwave, toaster, pots and pans, dishes, cutlery, silverware, glasses, mattress pads, pillows, and blankets or comforters are included. Reservation charges, fees for partial stays, pet-related costs, taxes, and insurance are applicable.
In case of cancellation or change in any reservation, no refund will be made by Dolphin Realty or the owners we represent unless the unit is re-rented and confirmed by the newer reservation for the cancelled period. All cancellations and changes are subject to a $75.00 charge, reservation fee; Trip Cancellation and Travel Insurance premium, Property Protection and Credit Card Processing Fee if applicable. Please notify our office of any changes as soon as possible. No refunds will be issued due to lack of fish or inclement weather. The offered Trip Cancellation and Travel Insurance covers many unforeseen and emergency situations.
