Includes a private balcony and lagoon views. Walk to the beach in minutes and enjoy easy access to all the dining, shopping and live entertainment at Coligny Plaza!
The space
Fully renovated in 2025, this coastal escape offers a spacious layout with a king bed in the primary suite, featuring a walk-in shower in the en-suite bathroom. Second bedroom has 2 queen beds with a tub/shower combo in the bathroom. The remodeled kitchen has new quartz countertops and all stainless-steel appliances. The queen sleeper sofa in the living room has memory foam mattress. Enjoy amenities including a community pool, tennis & pickle ball courts and barbeque.

Self check-in. Key code entry into gated parking lot and building. Smart lock to enter into Villa. Code provided upon check-in.
