All emails was welcoming. And the amenities was great. The only thing we had a problem with was the heater one part of the house was comfortable.The other part of the house was very cold. But overall everything was great. And also the floors were all uneven. We adapt.

PERFECT space for our group of 6 while in town for a medical conference and Disney! The jacuzzi was our saving grace after park days, and the kids enjoyed the pool so much! Within walking distance to Disney, but we chose to drive as we have younger kids and they would not survive a park day AND a decent walk home. Communication with the landlord was top notch! If we're in town again, we'd definitely rent this home or others from Anaheim Vacation Rentals. Thank you LaDonna and AVR team!

The house was a good size for a large family, i appreciated the amount of bedrooms and bathrooms; however, the house could definitely use some TLC. There was lots of wear and tear includong a broken toilet seat, broken towel bars, no rugs/runners anywhere which lead to a lot of slipping from pool water. The city ordinances are insanely ridiculous which made it harder to enjoy the stay completely.

The location was fantastic, a 13 min walk to Disney and downtown restaurants! Really clean and fully stocked with kitchen items! We have recommended this property to friends traveling in December and will definitely go back!

Beautiful home and neighborhood. The location is convenient to go everywhere within Long Beach, fountain valley and garden malls ( the busiest Vietnamese community areas in CA. We would stay here again.

Great location…a nice walk to the parks and quiet neighborhood! Absolutely loves this home. Our ONLY complaint was the bed in the guest bedroom was a little noisy and uncomfortable but the other beds were great and the furniture nice. Lovely back yard and everything you need!Don’t bring coffee filters for a while…there are lots there currently!

Better than Disneyland

According to my 5 & 7 YO, the house —especially the pool, was the favorite part of our Disneyland vacation. Great house for our family. Lots of bathrooms, the beds were super comfortable and everyone slept great every night. We used the pool and hot tub every day and the life vests were great for the kids, including our 1 YO. We even used the BBQ and game room. Didn’t find the rules or alarm complicated or a nuisance. No big deal, they make sense. Communication with the hosts was easy. Thank you for letting us use the home! We would definitely stay here again on our next trip out.

Staycation

We really enjoyed our stay here! We had a water leak in our home and needed a place to stay locally while we dealt with it. This spot was perfect — comfortable, great pool, and walking distance to Disneyland. It made a tough situation a whole lot easier. We’d definitely stay here again if we need a place in the area.

Excellent location

The location close to the Disney parks was fantastic, and the pool was a great way to cool down at the end of the day.The property had all the facilities we could’ve asked for and more - table tennis/pool in the evenings was great fun. The house was clean and spacious, and perfect for a family stay.

Family vacation

The home was nice and looked as advertised. The house was big enough to accommodate 13 people but it was only 7 of us. The house should be advertised for adults only because our 3 boys were in the pool and I was contacted about 4 times in the little time we were there about noise complaints from the neighbors when the kids were in the pool. There were too many restrictions and the noise policy was annoying. The alarm that went off if the door was opened longer than 15 setting seconds was the most annoying thing about the property! The kids couldn’t even be in the game room in the garage after 9 pm! The House itself was very nice and was well stocked with towels, nice dishes and decent pots and pans to use but I will not ever be renting a house in Anaheim again. The property manager and maintenance person were helpful though because we had I hiccup getting inside the right property at check in because we went to the wrong address. Renters beware! Because the rules to rent this one is a lot!!!

A quiet Disney getaway

This home was a great stay for our family to celebrate my parents' anniversary. The yard was beautiful. Easy walk to Disneyland. Pool and hot tub were nice and warm. Neighborhood was quiet and calm. After reading previous reviews, we were nervous about the strictness of the rules, noisy neighbors, etc. but we didn't have any problems at all.The property managers were very quick to respond to questions we had. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place, not so great beds

House was great! Super clean, quiet neighborhood, and close access to Disney. The beds (the bunks and the queen mattress specifically) were pretty rough and not so comfortable. All in all it’s a good place to stay

Nice pool large home

House is great, Everything was nice except the neighbors who think any sound at all even from baby's in the middle of the day is something to complain about. We did not make unreasonable noise for an unreasonable time. I don't remember giving up my first amendment rights or my fourth amendment rights as any complaints from anyone gives them the right to unwarranted search. Anaheim rentals is fighting this in court and I pray you win. I would love to rent in Anaheim again but that city contract is unreasonable and scary. Thanks for treating me nice and hopefully you can educate the neighbors. The tax collected by the city is large and you would think they would want verbo rentals. I would stay again without children.
