This 2 bedroom 1 bath condo is spacious and gorgeous! Large kitchen with everything you need. The beds are super comfortable. Laundry room in the condo for your use. The patio steps out to pool and gardens. With only 4 units in our complex on a quiet residential street, you'll enjoy your own piece of paradise. Just steps from the pristine Boggy Sand Beach. Walk to area restaurants, grocery, liquor store and bus stop.

The pool and garden area is perfect to meet some other vacationers or just relax by yourself. There's a grill also for grilling up some fine dinner.

Historic Boggy Sand Road is a tranquil private road with authentic Cayman charm. A great mix of Mansions and Beach cottages. You won't find another spot on Cayman quite like it.

Just outside the resort area. Quiet and serene, but still close enough to all SMB has to offer. Just 100 feet from the nicest area of Seven Mile Beach & 3 minute walk to Cemetery Beach. Walk to grocery, liquor store, bus stop & restaurants.

Car is recommended for your stay. There is a bus service to Georgetown for $3 per person. Taxi and hire cars available.

There is a grocery, liquor store, 3 restaurants and bus stop within walking distance and is open til 11 pm most nights. Stores are closed on Sundays and we love it that way. :)

Great stay on SVB

Very comfortable layout for 4 people…the place was immaculate and modern. Julie is a fantastic host and provides so many little extras that make the vacation hassle-free. Location-wise, this is across the street from Cemetary Beach with a spectacular beach and some solid snorkeling. It was nice to still be on SVB, but just north of all the hotels.

Great location perfect accommodation

We really enjoyed our vacation at windsong . Perfect location very nice accommodation.Really enjoyed all the little extras available from Julie like beach chairs, umbrellas, paddle boards,and snorkeling equipment.It was just so easy to relax with this all on hand and the beach just across the road. Lots if great restaurants within easy reach perfect place to enjoy the rest of the island with the car.

Wonderful apartment and great location

We enjoyed staying at Windsong. The proximity to a great snorkeling beach was awesome. We felt like we were in a private and secluded area being on a dead end road while we were only moments away from restaurants and the grocery store. The condo is well appointed and has updated features making enticing to cook a meal and enjoy the beautiful garden and pool on days that we were too tired to go out. We would definitely be back and enjoy this gem of a vacation rental.

Family Vacation at Wingsong #2

This was our first time visiting Grand Cayman and staying at Windsong made our trip unforgettable! Anything and everything you think you may need on a trip was ready and available at Windsong. The attention to every detail was apparent. Now our extended family wants to come with us next year.

This was our second stay at Windsong and we absolutely love it

The property is neat and clean and the area is very safe. The beach is so beautiful with stunning sunsets! The property is in walking distance to restaurants, grocery store and liquor store. The property manager is more than helpful. She is available to answer all your questions and provide suggestions. We are hoping to get back there next summer!!

Perfect location and great condo

We really enjoyed this rental. The location was perfect for us. The patio off of the pool was the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach. We loved the beach across the street! So many beaches on the island were wonderful but we liked our local beach the best. The house was comfortable and the beach gear was well stocked. You can hear the neighbors but the noise was never a problem for us. The space felt relatively private and overall was really relaxing.

Perfect getaway!

We just returned from a mother/daughter trip, and we thoroughly enjoyed our first visit to Grand Cayman. Julie was a very helpful and accommodating host, while the Windsong unit #4 was perfect in every way. Stocked with everything we needed for the week, just as described, in a great location with the private beach access right across the quiet neighborhood street. Parking inside the gate was tight at times, but street parking was always an available option. Thank you for making our first visit easy, Julie! We hope to be return again soon!

Highly recommended!

This condo unit is very updated, modern and well furnished with everything you would need to feel right at home while on vacation in the Cayman Islands. We rented this unit as well as an adjacent unit, and were very pleasantly surprised by the luxurious look and feel of these condos. You will find that renting these units will be a far better value for your money than staying in a comparable hotel suite. Not to mention the swimming pool, the close proximity to a gorgeous beach, the paddle board and kayaks, as well as being right around the corner from a major grocery store. Everyone who accompanied us on our trip agreed that these condos were a great value, and we will definitely inquire on their availability the next time we visit the Cayman Islands.

Beautiful condo on the best part of the island

We traveled as a family with 3 teenagers and my elderly mother. The windsong was the absolute perfect place for us. The location is probably the best on the island. It is so much nicer than the busy stretch of 7 mile beach. My teenagers could snorkel at cemetery reef (which is amazing), paddle board (which comes with the condo), or lay on the beach all day. My mother enjoyed the easy access to the beach (just across the street) and loved just sitting on the gorgeous patio and reading. My husband and I enjoyed all of the above plus the close proximity to some of the best restaurants! I was even able to get up early and run on the quiet residential streets of the neighborhood. We could not have been happier. We highly recommend the windsong!!!

Luxury at the beach

We really enjoyed our stay at Windsong #2. Julie greeted us the day we arrived and answered any questions we might have. The unit is very nicely appointed with granite counters and nice appliances. Lots of pans, etc. to cook on those days where you don't feel like going out. 10 steps from our patio sliding glass door to the pool. Beach access is just across the street. Local restaurants withing 3-4 blocks. Large grocery store (Foster's Fair) and liquor store even closer than the restaurants. Took the local bus into town on a couple of occasions. Very easy, inexpensive, and such nice people. We did not rent a car and did not need one. You will enjoy your stay - we sure did! Thank you, Julie!

Fantastic vacation on the island

We just returned from a wonderful stay in the Cayman Islands. The location is in the West Bay and steps from beautiful Seven Mile Beach. You can walk to a grocery store or a few restaurants and the Heritage Kitchen is not to be missed for some authentic Cayman cuisine in a casual environment. The condo itself is accurately represented on the web site and was well appointed. Although there were 6 adults there was plenty of room. The kitchen is spacious with lots of work space for food prep. There is an outside porch for dining or just relaxing. Snorkeling equipment, kayaks and a paddle board were also available for use. Morne, the host, could not have been more responsive. From my initial contact and throughout the rental procedure he promptly responded to all my questions. I would recommend this rental property without hesitation. We hope to be back!

Best Vacation Ever!

Our stay on Boggy Sands Rd. was incredible! The place is beautiful, comfortable and well maintained. It was our first time booking a "VRBO" so we were a little apprehensive. Morne communicated the details well and made us feel very comfortable throughout the whole process. Upon arrival we were met at the property and given a thorough walk-though. My oldest daughter's first reaction was "this is the nicest place we have ever stayed in". The condo is very modern with tile throughout and very nice furnishings. The bedrooms, bathrooms and living areas were very comfortable and well kept. The pool is very nice and the beach is only a minute walk from the building. The one reason we chose this was due to the additional amenities such as the 2 kayaks, paddleboard, bikes, chairs and other things that you would like to use one a vacation. We made good use of the items and they made the stay all that much better. Grand Cayman has a very safe feel with a modern infrastructure. The snorkeling was fantastic and the weather was perfect. The beaches are beautiful and the people are very friendly. Overall, I would highly recommend this island for a family vacation. There is a lot to do and see. Once you have made your mind up to stay here then this property is the one you should choose. I could not have asked for a better experience and will definitely be back!

Everything Was Perfect!

Our recent stay at Windsong was perfect and we could not have asked for a better trip! The property is perfectly maintained, has absolutely everything you’ll need and is situated in a great location! The beds were comfortable, everything was spotless and I can’t really think of anything else it needs. Julie has done a great job in ensuring everything you need for a relaxing trip is there for you! Great snorkeling is truly right off the beach in front of the condo, simply swim towards the dark patches to your left or right. Cemetery Beach (to the left) usually had a lot of people there and while the snorkeling there is great, I found it a little more peaceful going to the area to the right as we were usually the only ones in that area. The location to restaurants and grocery store and other things to do is really incredible! The store is an easy 3-5 min walk and the Heritage Kitchen is about the same. Definitely recommend grabbing a bite there. It might look like a funkly little shack but the food is great and the folks working there are super nice! We also ate at Calypso Grill, Catch, Ave (at Seafire Resort), Alfresco, Cracked Conch and Hemingways. All were easy drives and all had great food. I think Calypso was our favorite but we had no complaints at any of them. Boggy Sands Café is right next to the grocery store and makes great coffee and breakfast. We also went out to Stingray City through an outfit called Ebanks. They were also very good to work with and we had a blast! If you’re a little more adventurous, ask to do it on the wave runners! We also went to Dolphin Cove and the Cayman Turtle Center which are just up the road from the condo. If you have children, the turtle place is probably a worthwhile place to go but just about everything you see in there, you can see snorkeling out in front of the condo! One tip here though – if you are going to swim with the dolphins which is directly across the street from the turtle center, it includes admission to all areas of the turtle center. All in all, we had a great trip and working with Julie is so easy! If you’re looking to visit Cayman, I highly recommend you stay at Windsong!

Easy Pick - Ideal location - wish our stay was longer

Julie's place hits the mark of a well curated Caribbean beach condo to maximize fun and relaxation. Unit 2 was loaded with amenities- Kitchen, bath, bedrooms, porch, pool, and beach supplies. Snorkeling to yellow turtle mooring 100 yds out from beach was an exceptional experience! Our rental was intended as a contingency to bridge a gap in our far more costly hotel stays- hindsight it should have been the other way. Best positive barometer- we hope there's available reservations in future, as we'll be back. Only Opportunity area is the late 5pm check-in...wished it was 3pm- Thanks Julie!

The property had everything we needed. There beach access just across the alleyway. Very nice beach, not crowded at all. There’s a grocery store just 5 minutes walk. We had a very nice stay!

Wonderful Place to Stay

We absolutely loved staying here. It felt so private and was so convenient. Loved having the kitchen. Kids loved the pool. So close to the beach, which was not crowded at all. Away from the crowds but close to stores. 5 out of 5 for sure. Absolutely loved it!!

Relaxing

Was very clean set up nice. If there were 2 couples the 2nd bedroom would've been nice to have a queen or king instead of 2 twins but really nothing to complain about. Beach access was easy, pool was amazing.
