Nestled in Carroll, Bretton Woods Base Camp is a delightful all-season, upgraded condo boasting 3 bedrooms with a mix of cozy sleeping arrangements, including a queen bed, full bed, twin bed, and 2 bunk beds. The 2 full bathrooms are equipped with a hair dryer, towels and toiletries for your convenience. Guests can enjoy the peaceful surroundings and take advantage of amenities like heating, a fully stocked kitchen for 8, WiFi, two TVs with all app access and a washer/dryer.

The property is just off of the nine-hole course at The Omni - walk to golf, the historic hotel and spa, restaurants, the Ammonoosuc River and more. In the winter months, you're a two-minute drive from Bretton Woods skiing, and right on snowmobile trails. In the fall, jump on to one of the many local hiking trails. Our home is a short drive to Santa's Village, Storyland and local attractions in beautiful Bethlehem and Littleton, NH.

Whether you're looking for a beautiful retreat or a brilliant getaway, this property has everything you need for a relaxing stay in all four seasons. We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our condo.

Yes, the host was very welcoming and the home was spotless with everything we needed. Bunkbeds worked out great for grandkids.

Perfectly located for our family getaway. The unit had everything we needed . The owners were wonder ! leaving baby equipment and toys for our grandson - leaving us less thing to add to our packing list Santa’s Village is just a short drive making for a wonderful outing. Would definitely book again.
