The Space:

The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials, including a coffee maker with both drip and K-cup options, cookware, and utensils.

The master bedroom features a queen bed, smart TV, and a private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and built-in bench. In the guest bedroom, you'll find another cozy queen bed and smart TV, with convenient access to the second bathroom – which includes a shower/tub combo and is also accessible from the main living space.

Additional amenities include a washer and dryer, complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, and high-speed Wi-Fi.

Here are the House Rules you can look to upon staying at the home:

• Guests must be 21 years of age and older to book this property.
• Please observe silence. Noise restriction between 11 PM - 7 AM.
• Only park in the designated areas.
• Avoid flushing any items in the sink and toilets to avoid clogs.
• Pets are not allowed inside the premises.
• NO SMOKING allowed in the home. A $250 fine will be imposed for smoking in the home.
• To minimize odors all trash must be in trash bags and removed from the house and put in the garbage can.
• No extra guests are allowed unless permitted by the owner.
• No parties, events, and smoking allowed.
• The guest must comply with the rules under the guest rental agreement.

*Booking price includes nonrefundable property damage protection fee to cover up to $3,000.00 in damages done to the property
*Property damage protection is included for any damages, subject to exclusions and limitations that occur to the premises during your rental period. Any damage or accident that is not covered under the policy will be the responsibility of the guest. Damage amounts in excess of damage insurance will be charged to the guest.
