Exactly what we were looking for!

This property was perfect. The views were beautiful and we all loved the location. Lettie, our housekeeper, was so great as was our concierge, Sara.

Great Return Visit

We had a return trip to La Serenata for New Year's and it was our first trip back since 2019. We shared the house with another family and enjoyed all of the home amenities, but especially the daily hot breakfast and the beach club access. Cynthia from PV Rentals was a tremendous help in getting our reservations and activities in order.

Went for a bachelorette party-house was great. Blanca and Rosa were so delightful and made amazing breakfast. Fernanda our concierge was very responsive and checked in daily to make sure everything was perfect.

Dream Come True

I have been planning a vacation with the whole family and this property checked all the boxes. The property was better than the photos. Our concierge was extremely helpful and the housekeepers were fantastic. We will definitely be back!

Great time

We had a great time as always in Punta Mita. The property is perfect for four couples as all the rooms have king beds. Our concierge Fernanda was always available and made our restaurant and activity reservations along with last minute changes. We will be back!

Nice property but some maintenance issues

The cook/maid (Rosa) was wonderful and kept the house spic and span. Sara the property manager was fantastic and very responsible. The kitchen had everything needed from good cutlery and small appliances. We stayed in this house 7 years ago, and the house needs some minor repairs. Even though they tried to repair the hot tub, they never got it working. One of the showers was plugged up and one toilet didn't work.

STAY AWAY !!!

This people stole our money. Good: the cleaning/ housekeeper person Ramona is the best . Concierge was very responsive. Terrible: cold pool, cool hot tub, oitside is dark, somos does not work, one of the guest bathrooms does not drain and the air conditioner may so many noises. We were suppose to get reimburse and this people ghosted us and never reply to us. DONOT THE STAY HERE!

Perfect Stay!

From start to finish, our stay was fabulous. From pre-arrival correspondence to regular check-ins during our stay, to the day of our departure, we experienced a fantastic level of service. We were partnered with Maria who was incredibly responsive and resourceful throughout the entire process. Restaurant recommendations, airport transfers, additional golf cart rental, meal and grocery planning, ideas for fun activities, you name it, she helped with everything! Our group consisted of two families (4 adults and 5 younger kids ages 3-7) and the layout of the home worked very well. The house is in the perfect location, close to everything. We opted in for daily breakfast and had the pleasure of working with Tonita. She was lovely, every meal was delicious, going above and beyond what we expected, we're still talking about how great everything she made was. She was very accommodating to our kids as well. Our group felt so spoiled. We highly recommend requesting Tonita and Maria for your stay if possible. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very private. The grounds of the home and the home itself are beautiful. We felt very safe our entire stay. If you're looking for a spot within the gates, this is it. We can't wait to return.

Family Wedding Getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent six days here for a family wedding with our adult kids. Everyone enjoyed themselves. Fernanda was responsive to helping with transportation arrangements and answering questions when they came up.There was also a lovely gal who was combination cook and housekeeper. There was a bit of a language barrier but Google Translate saved the day.The only issue we had with the property was at times there was a bit of a sewer smell in the house. We mentioned it to the concierge, and it's possible it was due to a bathroom that didn't get used. I'm not sure if there's anything they can do about it. We did come across that problem in our travels around Puerta Vallarta so it may be a larger problem in the area. We enjoyed the area - the six person golf cart and being able to visit the four beach clubs in Punta Mita was really a lot of fun.

A wonderful stay!

From check in to having to go, we had an amazing time! Isabel made a wonderful breakfast. Majo was incredibly responsive and the house was impeccably clean. Would definitely stay again.

Great Property

The listing did a nice job of describing the property. The pool was nice for our group that included a seven year old and and three year old. The beds were comfortable and the house was great.

Peace and comfort

The location is perfect We were close to the beach clubs and a short ride outside the gate. The house is great! The AC works great. The private pool was used everyday for all of us. Gabby our house keeper kept our place clean and her cooking is delicious. We had a great time. I would strongly recommend this house for rental. Finally, our concierge, Majo, was excellent. She was quick to respond to any requests and very available to answer any questions we have.

We loved this house!

We had the best week at this property. Showed up to staff greeting us and telling us all about the property. The grounds abs house was gorgeous and the chefs that cooked us breakfast every morning was amazing. Everything was perfect and delicious! The house staff was so accommodating and helped us with whatever we needed. We will for sure be back!

Birthday Celebration

We had a group of 8 adults for a birthday getaway. The house was just as pictured, very clean. Sara made the check in process very easy and she was very helpful throughout the stay. Rosa cooked breakfast each morning and it was delicious. The location is great, the golf cart included made it super easy to explore. We went to a new beach club each day. All in all it was an incredible trip and I would highly recommend this property. We have already looked at the calendar trying to plan a return trip with our kids. The only suggestion I would have is to add a little more lighting by the pool for nighttime. Other than that it was perfect!

Quiet peaceful location

We enjoyed our stay. The house is in a quiet secluded location off of the golf course. It is a spacious house that amply accommodated 6 adults and 2 kids. It is a 15 minute golf cart ride to the beach clubs, so it feels like you’re consistently driving back and forth, but we found this to be a trade off that was worth it in light of the secluded privacy of the house. Our housekeeper was Blanca and she was fabulous - she truly should open a restaurant, she made everything from scratch for us. Some downsides: there were a lot of maintenance issues while we were there and although they were quick to handle and fix, it was a pain to have to keep requesting fixes. Also, the water is not filtered. The house has a large water cooler you can use, but we did end up getting sick, and I imagine it was because of the ice or similar. In all, this was a relaxing trip and we enjoyed the house.

Paradise in Punta Mita!

La Serenata is lovely home that is very well maintained & amply stocked with all the goodies one needs for an enjoyable vacation including a next to new six person golf cart, good sized swimming pool & comfortable beds in all of the rooms. On site manager is very responsive to needs, location within the resort is quiet & convenient. Happy to recomend this home to others contemplating a vacation at Punta Mita.

beautiful house in Punta Mita

This is a beautiful very well maintained house in Punta Mita, Mexico about 45 minutes from Puerto Vallarta airport. The staff(cook and assistant) were very friendly and made breakfast every morning, cleaned rooms and pool. Comes with a private pool and hot tub. The concierge staff was extremely helpful and easy to deal with. A great way for a family to vacation together. Access to several beach clubs and golf courses. Several restaurants in the gated community and easy access to the town with more restaurants and shops. Everything accessible with provided golf cart. Tennis courts and gym also available for use. I highly recommend the house and would go back anytime.
