Historic apartment, meticulously restored, awaits you at the end of your journey. Sitting on a private bluff, it offers stunning views of the Mississippi River from its westside rooms and front porch. Second of three townhouses restored in this 1906 four-plex building. Furnished with comfortable antique and vintage-style furniture complementing its construction date and your stay in Davenport’s Hamburg Historic District. Fully furnished, full sized kitchen, separate dining and living rooms. Second floor master bedroom with ¾ bath. Second floor central full bath with washer and dryer shared by the other two bedrooms. Downstairs half bath powder room. Private parking lot behind the townhouse.
Outdoor backyard with picnic table, seating, grill and supplies.
A few blocks walk from Davenport’s downtown and the Mississippi River front.
NOT a handicapped-accessible site due to topography and two-story interior.
Free Tesla destination EV charger (48 amps) available one block away.
Seven nights minimum stay. 10% discount for reservations of 28 days or more.
10% discount if you rent adjoining townhouse as well. An additional 10% discount (which I will refund you after the reservation is made) if you rent adjoining townhouse as well. PS..despite what the VRBO auto listing says the Rhythm City Casino has moved to Elmore Ave near the I80 interstate.

Restoring older homes is my passion.
I live one block south of this building and spend my time restoring my 1868 home which had been converted to 6 apartments in the 1940s and restoring this 1906 4-plex which had been converted to 8 apartments in the 1930s.
I also enjoy meeting my guests and helping make their stay in Davenport memorable.

Davenport's Hamburg Historic District's homes date from the mid 1800s to the early 1900s. It was the home to many of the early German immigrants that came to Davenport and founded many of its most successful enterprises.
It sits high on the hills over looking downtown Davenport and the majestic Mississippi River.

この宿泊施設の特徴

This 1,500 sq. ft townhouse is completely furnished to make your stay in Davenport more memorable.
It has a large back yard with a charcoal grill and seating under an old oak tree. It also has a large front porch with a spectacular view of the Mississippi River.
It also has a large rear parking lot for 8 or 9 vehicles.
It is a short 7 block downhill walk to Downtown but that means a good uphill return.
Unfortunately due to geographical location and multilevel townhouse it is not handicap friendly.
