This place is in a great central location for a lot of different golf courses. Everyone was able to have their own bedroom which was nice considering there were 8 of us. It was very clean and affordable.

We really appreciated the amount of separate bedrooms! This helped accommodate our large group of friends traveling together, while still having our own space! The backyard was awesome and large too- if the weather would’ve been warmer, we would’ve spent a lot of time back there!

I’ve stayed in vacation rentals around the world, which has given me a strong understanding of what makes a stay genuinely enjoyable—not just a nice-looking space, but a home that feels comfortable, practical, and well prepared for real families and groups.

I enjoy creating homes that are both functional and fun, with thoughtful details such as comfortable beds, fast Wi-Fi, well-equipped kitchens, and inviting spaces where guests can relax and spend time together. My goal is to make every part of the experience feel easy, from booking and check-in through checkout.

I stay closely involved in the guest experience and take pride in being responsive, easy to communicate with, and helpful whenever questions come up.

Outside of hosting, I enjoy basketball, volleyball, good food, travel, and renovation projects.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

I chose this neighborhood because it offers a great balance of convenience, space, and a more relaxed residential setting. Guests have easy access to ASU, Tempe, Scottsdale, Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, spring training stadiums, golf courses, restaurants, shopping, and other Phoenix-area attractions.

What I like most is that guests can spend the day exploring, attending an event, golfing, hiking, or visiting family, then return to a quieter home where they can relax by the pool, enjoy the backyard, and spend time together.

It makes a convenient home base for families and groups visiting for vacations, sports tournaments, graduations, golf trips, spring training, or a weekend in the Arizona sun.

この宿泊施設の特徴

What makes this property unique is the combination of 8 bedrooms, a private pool, and a large backyard designed for groups of up to 18 guests. It offers the space larger families and groups need while still providing plenty of areas to relax and spend time together.

The backyard is one of the home’s biggest highlights, with a private pool, outdoor seating, and space to enjoy the Arizona weather. Guests can swim, grill, relax outside, or gather together after a day exploring the Phoenix area.

Inside, the eight separate bedrooms give guests more privacy than many large vacation rentals. Every bedroom has its own smart TV, while the arcade game, fully equipped kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, and multiple indoor gathering areas provide entertainment and convenience throughout the stay.

The home is especially well suited for family gatherings, sports teams, golf trips, graduations, and group getaways where guests want both shared spaces and enough room to spread out comfortably.
