Probably the best views in the area among vacation rentals. Very spacious, well stocked, and good amenities. Close to the fun little town of evergreen and many nice moderate hikes. We would definitely stay here again.

Loved the house! BEAUTIFUL views and the jacuzzi tub was 5 stars!! Very clean home. Couldn’t enjoy the hot tub outside due to the terrible smell of old water, it was filthy and needs cleaned but was not very upset as everything else was perfect!

I asked to check in one hour early, they stated that I had to pay a $30 fee. The check-in time was supposed to be between 330 to 4. I tried to put the code in a little after 345 but it didn’t work. I called the service line to let them know I was having issues and they told me I was 12 minutes too early. The hot tub pipes were busted. There were signs all over the house stating not to eat or drink in different areas. We ended up not staying. Would not recommend.

The views from this home are outstanding. Sitting high on Bear Mountain, the deck and living areas offer beautiful views overlooking Denver in the distance and definitely lived up to our expectations.The house itself is spacious, clean, and comfortable, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The kitchen is large and well-equipped for cooking, both indoors and on the grill. Don't overpack cooking supplies. They provide most spices, oils, and essentials. Additional stemware wouldbe appreciated.A few things future guests should know. The home does not have A/C, so it can be warm when you first arrive. Opening the windows and running the ceiling fans creates a nice cross-breeze. Unfortunately, two of the three upstairs bedroom windows had broken cranks during our stay, so they couldn't be opened at night.The exterior could use a little attention, including pruning some overgrown shrubs and reinforcing sections of the deck railing.We also had a couple of maintenance issues. The hot tub was unusable when we arrived due to stale-smelling water and took a few days to get back in service. The dishwasher was also broken during our stay and ultimately needed replacement.That said, the owner was responsive, communicative, and quick to address the issues we encountered. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and feel this is a great property with amazing views and plenty of space, though a few maintenance items need attention.
