Calling all families! This amazing vacation home offers endless fun. Eight spacious bedrooms, a sparkling pool, a game room, and even an arcade guarantee everyone`s entertained. Love the outdoors? Challenge your family to volleyball or hit the water with the private launch and docks. Relax in separate guest quarters or enjoy breathtaking top deck views. Recently updated, this mid-century modern home with prime waterfront location has it all!

● WINTER TEXAN RATE: Escape to the Texas Gulf Coast this winter! Ask about our reduced monthly rates October 1 - March 1.

● Location: On the bayou in Dickinson, Texas

● Private pool: This home features a large, in-ground pool that ranges from 4ft to 6ft deep.

● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.

● Pet Policy: 3 pets are allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors.

● Large Groups: We love hosting church groups and large family gatherings, however groups over the size of 16 guests must be approved prior to booking.

● Parking: There is room for up to 6 cars in the driveway.

The main level boasts a spacious living room with comfy seating and a large-screen TV, perfect for movie nights or catching up with loved ones. A wet bar nearby makes entertaining a breeze. The heart of the home is the beautiful kitchen, well-equipped for preparing delicious meals while enjoying the bayou views through the large dining area.

Looking for fun? Head downstairs to the game room, complete with a pool table, foosball table, and arcade games to challenge your crew. A separate seating area with another large flat-screen TV provides a cozy spot for movie marathons.

Rest and relaxation are easy to find with a variety of sleeping options. The captain`s quarters offer a king-sized bed and private bathroom for ultimate comfort. Additional sleeping arrangements include three full sofa beds, one full daybed, two king bedrooms, a queen bedroom, and several rooms with combinations of queen, double, twin, and full beds.

Step outside and discover your own waterfront oasis! Six docks provide easy access to the bayou for fishing or simply enjoying the water. Make a splash in the refreshing pool, then soak up the sun on the spacious deck. Fire up the grill for a delicious BBQ, or relax in a hammock with a good book.

Feeling active? Challenge your group to a game of volleyball or ping pong. There`s even plenty of space for yard games like bag toss. This vacation home has something for everyone, making it the ideal place to create lasting memories!

● Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.

● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

● Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.

We are unable to price match any rates found on other booking platforms.

House rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- Groups larger than 16 need to be approved. We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel. When walking pets off property, leashes must be used.
- No parking allowed on the street, lawns, yards, or other neighbors` driveways.
- Up to 6 vehicles allowed. Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- No jumping or diving into the water. Children must be supervised at all times.
- The homeowner`s routine pool maintenance cannot be rescheduled and is required for the health and safety of our guests. They will not need to access the home but will access the yard.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
