設備の整った1ベッドルーム、1バスルームの水上で思い出に残る休暇をお楽しみください。

アパートには設備の整ったキッチンとダイニングエリアがあります。 メイン/マスターベッドルームにはクイーンサイズのベッドがあり、共用エリアには布団があります。 ベッドカバー、枕、毛布は提供されますが、自分のシーツとタオルを持参する予定です。

家の裏にある高台のデッキは、パドルボーダーが浮かんでいる川を見たり、ミサゴが魚を探しているのを見るのに最適です。 庭は完全にアクセス可能であり、水の端にアクセスできます。

I want to keep it a secret, we lived in Old Lyme and by far this was a treat.

Relaxing looking at that view, makes you want to just stay there. My dream of a get away. I wanted to keep it a secret! I would go in the winter. Didn’t catch any blue crabs, we saw them.

Beautiful clean great location

Property is on the black hall river and has amazing views. It is a one bedroom apartment with a large deck overlooking the yard and the water.Appears recently updated and is very clean. Host and her family and absolutely lovely and live locally. Location is walkable to beach and hallmark and is water front on the river. It’s pretty amazing.

Lovely quiet place. Margaret and Jen were great. Very available.Well appointed apt. In beautiful home. Deck overlooks river. Very private. Beautiful sunsets! Lots to do in the area. Our small dog had a great time ,too.Thank you for a fun and relaxing getaway

Cute rental on the water

Traveled to CT for a family reunion. Stayed at a cute rental. Had modern amenities like a flatscreen and dual AC and wifi. The view of the water really made it special. Had some technical issue, was in contact with the renters and in the end it was a me issue. Had a great time, will book again.

Better than the pictures

The apartment was absolutely perfect! Better than the pictures! Lovely spot, on the river. Updated and our hosts were so friendly and responsive. We had friends over for drinks on the deck and all were impressed. Loved watching the activities on the water, sunsets and wildlife. We hope to come back again. Thank you Margaret!

A rare gem on the water near NY

We’ve done quite a bit of vrbo’ing and our expectations have never been surpassed, until now. This place is truly magnificent. I didn’t want to write a review because I prefer to keep it to ourselves but … the owners were all so lovely and helpful. They deserve a high a rating and positive feedback. You can jump in the river on the property (water shoes a good idea though i did fine without them), or take a short drive, bike ride or walk to the ocean. Mostly we enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the water and birds. Our 4 yr old standard poodle had a blast running on the well-kept lawns of the property. Magnificent!

Great Place in a Great Location

The apartment was charming, comfortable, peaceful and very quiet, with a wonderful view out over the marshes, and lots of lovely spots nearby to explore. I saw lots of birds and other wildlife right on the property and on the nearby beaches and estuaries. I did all of my own cooking in the very well-equipped kitchen, but there are lots of good restaurants in the area--and also lots of fascinating local attractions that it would be nice to visit once the pandemic is over.

Awesome location

My husband, my dog and I loved the location. We rode our bikes to the beach, to restaurants, to ice cream, to kayak rental...everything it was very close to the house. The house has a beautiful view of the river, very nice to enjoy sunsets! The house it was very clean and cozy. Margaret was great at answering all of the questions I had, and Jenn (her mother) was a sweetheart at check in. We will definitely book again!

The Sunsets Make Everything Worthwhile

It's a beautiful location with the skies serving up fabulous sunsets every single day. Even when the weather is cloudy, the skies somehow manage to make it look wonderful as it dances on the water. We had access to the private beach about a two minute drive or a short walk away and it was wonderful to have the opportunity to be outdoors and by the ocean without anybody nearby except for the occasional family member (of the host). We are a family that likes to read, talk, and hang out with each other and generally keep to ourselves when on holiday, and it was almost always possible to do so. If you want to kayak or paddle board (both very tempting as you watch others doing so), get permission ahead of time to use the kayaks, and make sure that you have access to PFDs either by bringing them yourself or having them provided. And stay connected to Margaret who is quite responsive - our arrival was delayed, and we had a couple of issues which she addressed as soon as she was able to. I would love to return here with my daughters.

Late Summer getaway

Comfortable, private, quiet, clean, amazing sunsets from the deck overlooking the creek. Wonderful accommodations beyond our expectations. We are looking forward to returning.

Wonderful views

I and my pets really enjoyed our stay in the apartment. The views the water and wildlife entertained both me and my pets. I especially enjoyed having a stove , refrigerator and toaster which I hadn't had in five months. The owner of the property was a delight. I would recommend it to anyone.

Lovely property!

Stayed for a month during a renovation. Jenn and Margaret are lovely, and Jenn really cares for the property wonderfully. Beautiful and clean. Best location on the Black Hall River. Osprey and wildlife galore. Convenient to all amenities. I have recommended the apt to several friends. Thank you for a great stay during a stressful renovation!!!

The apartment and adjacent house have been in the family for many years. Both were leased as long term rentals. The apartment was the "office" for the occupants of the main house. It has been fully remodeled with a separate entrance.
