Welcome to our charming APT located above a garage, part of a quaint triplex. This cozy unit features a bright, open layout with stylish decor and modern amenities.

Enjoy a fully equipped kitchenette, a comfortable living area, and a peaceful bedroom with plush bedding for a restful night’s sleep.

Situated in a friendly neighborhood, you'll find local shops, cafes, and parks just a short walk away. Ideal for couples or solo travelers, this unique space offers the perfect blend of privacy and community, making it an excellent base for exploring the area. Guest access
Guest will have access to the unit over the garage. There are two other rental units with in the home. You will not have access to those units.

Awesome little unit. Perfect for a single person or couple. Nice and clean, good neighborhood, easy access to Charleston - will definitely stay here again when visiting John’s Island.

The apartment was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. We walked to the Charleston Sports Pub, Azul (Mexican Restaurant) and The Pourhouse (Music Venue). We enjoyed our stay.

Clean, well decorated, great location in a cute neighborhood. Perfect place to celebrate Christmas with our son and girlfriend (they live close to there.) Loved having a full kitchen and nice views out the windows. Very comfortable!

This property is so cute, it was prefectly appointed and was cozy but spacious. The kitchen had all the utensils we could need and I'd bet the farm that all the appliances were brand new.We really appreciated the comfort of the bed and pillows after driving 12 hours.The location was centrally located very close to both the beach and the city. The neighborhood was safe and the neighbors friendly!Would definitely book again!

The property was clean, kitchen was well stocked, and I appreciated the extra touches like extra trash bags and plenty of detergent/dish soap (and bathroom amenities) even if we didn't end up needing them. A lot of care went into this property and it showed. Thank you! Would definitely stay here again!
