Please note: This is a street-level unit in a duplex, and the upper home is also an Airbnb. While it’s a private space, sound may carry between floors from time to time. Being in an urban neighborhood, a bit of street noise is also part of the experience. We provide earplugs
We are available by call or text. We live right nearby and can offer many concierge amenities to make your stay as easy and possible. Just ask!
1. Sloan’s Lake Park (2 min walk) – Denver’s largest lake with trails for jogging, biking, paddleboarding, and sunset strolls.
2. Active Lifestyle – The neighborhood features numerous bike routes, public recreation centers, pools, and even a nearby municipal golf course for those who want to stay active.
3. 32nd & Lowell (5 min walk) – Bustling Highlands strip with local cafés, boutiques, breweries, and top-rated dining.
4. Downtown Denver (2 miles) – Less than 10 minutes to major venues: Ball Arena, Broncos Stadium, Coors Field, and cultural gems like the Bluebird, Fillmore, Orpheum Theaters, and Mission Ballroom.
5. Festivals & Nightlife – Downtown also hosts Denver’s biggest September events, from Food + Wine Fest to Oktoberfest weekends, comedy festivals, and concerts.
6. Red Rocks Amphitheatre (15 miles west) – World-famous outdoor venue for concerts, yoga, and hiking—just a short drive away.

You will be given check in instructions and a door code prior to your stay. The home is fitted with a smart door lock and free parking for vehicles is available on the premises, with additional street parking.
This listing features the top unit of the building, offering a comfortable living space with all the essentials. As with many duplexes, it's important to note that some sounds may occasionally travel through walls and floors between the units. However, we do our best to ensure a peaceful and pleasant stay for all our guests.
1. Bedrooms – 3 bedrooms; 1 King ensuite bedroom + 2 spacious queen bedrooms, each styled with fresh linens, natural light, and ample storage. Comfortably sleeps 6 guests.
2. Bathrooms – Two full bathrooms with shower/tub combos, modern fixtures, and essentials provided (towels, soap, hair dryer).
3. Kitchen & Dining – Fully equipped kitchen with updated appliances, dishwasher, and a dining table set for 4–6 guests. Perfect for home-cooked meals or takeout from Denver’s nearby foodie hotspots.
4. Living Area – Modern lounge with stone-accent fireplace, plush seating, and smart HDTV. Open layout keeps the space bright and welcoming.
5. Outdoor Space – Private fenced backyard with sectional sofa, umbrella shade, BBQ grill, and a cozy fire pit seating area for those crisp Denver evenings.
6. Laundry & WiFi – In-unit washer/dryer plus fast WiFi (700MB) throughout the home for work or streaming.

3. Driving – Free off-street parking is available on site, plus easy street parking. Downtown is only 2 miles away (about 7–10 minutes by car).
4. Ride-Shares – Uber/Lyft pickups are fast and reliable; perfect for concerts, festivals, or a night out.
5. Air & Rail – Denver International Airport is ~35 minutes by car or light rail from Union Station. Amtrak trains also run from Union Station for day trips.
