Extremely clean and fast response from the host for the questions we had. Great area of Wrigleyville to explore. We liked being just around the corner from Wrigley field. Convenient to any Chicago area by foot, train, cab, or ride share. I would highly recommend this rental. The 3 of us had plenty of room to spread out and the kitchen was well stocked. We hope to return.

Fantastic plan. Clean, well organized, well stocked, looks just like the pictures. Tanjie was great with communication and responses. The layout was perfect for the 4 of us with 3 baths and 4 bedrooms. The parking garage is a huge bonus given it is right next to Wrigley field. Location is perfect - right by the L and walkable to tons of stuff. Would highly recommend this apartment.

We stayed here three nights in January of 2026. The apartment was perfect. It was clean and fit seven adults easily. Amenities were amazing and appreciated. Communication couldn't have been better from the host. The location was wonderful and so close to many things to do. If you're coming for the Cubs, this would be perfect! I would recommend this place and would stay here again.

Hi! I’m a local host based in the Chicago area and I truly enjoy creating comfortable, clean, and welcoming spaces for guests visiting the city.

I’m very familiar with the Wrigleyville neighborhood and always happy to share local recommendations for restaurants, transportation, and things to do nearby.

My goal is to make every stay smooth, easy, and enjoyable — whether you’re here for a Cubs game, a family trip, or just exploring Chicago.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

Wrigleyville is one of the most exciting and convenient neighborhoods in Chicago. You can walk to Wrigley Field, restaurants, bars, coffee shops, grocery stores, and the Addison Red Line station within minutes.

I especially love how easy it is to enjoy the energy of the neighborhood while still being able to quickly get downtown or explore other parts of the city.

この宿泊施設の特徴

What makes this home special is the combination of space, location, and convenience — something that’s hard to find near Wrigley Field.

The home offers 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, making it ideal for families and groups. Guests also enjoy rare private garage parking, modern finishes, in-unit laundry, and a spacious layout designed for comfort.

Best of all, you’re only about a 1-minute walk from Wrigley Field and the Addison Red Line station.
