Everything about this place was perfect! From the communication, the location, the cleanliness, the ease of check-in/out, and the space to the amenities this place hit it out of the park. I would absolutely recommend it to everyone!

Great stay! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was very responsive and even came quickly to help when we accidentally locked ourselves out really appreciated that. Would definitely stay again!

The property was great! It was clean and stocked well! The in suite bathroom was fairly small so that may not be the best for the “master”. The downstairs area was nice and cool for comfortable sleeping at night. The hot tub was great and clean. The location was very good!

Great location. Very comfortable home. We had 6 adults and two young children and we were very comfortable. The host was great with communication and helped us tremendously when we had a trip disruption due to weather in Denver that altered our flight to Colorado Springs. I will stay here if ever back in the area. Great layout. Great kitchen. We cooked most meals there and the house had everything we needed. Book with zero hesitation.

This place was perfect for our stay with family members. Very clean, updated home. Had everything we needed at the house for our stay. The neighborhood was very quiet. We walked from the house to olde town Arvada several times, a comfortable 25 minute walk. Also walked to the Beer Garden a 15 minute walk. The location was perfect for other adventures that we did. A drive to Estes Park for the day. Some close spots we went to was Golden and did a self guided tour of Red Rocks amphitheater and of course had to go to Buc-ees! The home owner has made this comfortable home to stay in.

Arvada Stay

This property had everything we needed for our stay in Arvada. It had more than enough room for our family. The location was a short drive to Denver, Golden, and Boulder. The splash pad at the park down the street was a huge hit with kids. We will definitely look at staying again next time we are in the area.

I do not recommend! The neighbors complained of noise when nobody was at the home. Owners harassed me for 30 minutes about how many people were in the house when I reserved the place for 10 people. We spent no time outside in the neighborhood whatsoever and will never rent from Nikki again.

I did send a text asking about what was going on with the house after a neighbor questioned me. I was advised by VRBO before they arrived to be careful of this reservation. They may be having a party in the home. When she assured me they weren’t I told all was fine.

This house was perfect for our 6-person girls trip. The house was clean and comfortable. We loved the outdoor patio and hot tub. There are great spaces for watching movies and playing games. We appreciated having two washers and dryers. We found everything we needed in the kitchen. The neighborhood is quiet and perfect for an after-dinner walk. One night we walked a little less than a mile to the Beer Garden, which was really fun. Would definitely stay here again if we came back to Denver.

2 of the 3 showers are small, A/C had an issue, host responded to my message immediately & action was taken to fix the issue. The upstairs does not cool off great,I bought a fan & that helped, host reimbursed me for the fan. Overall very clean, host was easy to communicate with.
