Reunion perfecto!!!

A family gathering in the finest house! We all were overwhelmed with the absolute beauty of this home. Sitting on top a hill that overlooks Lake Havasu we enjoyed the pool and out door life reserved for the elite! On the inside we relaxed in style and comfort, with plenty of room. The kitchen was next level with all the amenities to prepare meals and just visit and enjoy food and company! Everyone of my family members were overwhelmed at the choice of home we made as we were! Thanks to the owners for their generosity in letting the public experience such luxury! Thank you so very much! John.

Breathtaking

The pictures don't do this gorgeous property justice. The house is huge..I got lost in the house when I first went to find the garage haha! Spotless clean, a very detailed book to explain and find everything- we called it the house bible. The view from the infinity pool edge is breathtaking. We asked to bump up the heat of the pool temperature, and it was dine immediately. Communication with the owners and property managers were instant and they were very kind! We will be back!

Beautiful house

The house itself is beautiful, but not very clean. Some of the kitchen cabinets were sticky, there there was dirty utensils in the drawer, we had to wash the bath towels because they stunk. There was wads of hair on the bedrooms and bathroom floors. In one of the bathroom tubs the drain was covered with hair and debris. The backyard needs work, not very inviting, but the view is amazing. The BBQ was very dirty and we were left with no propane. We did get a quick response from the owner when we had a problem with the A.C.Hopefully these things will be taken care of before the next guest.

Beautiful home and pool... but BEWARE!

This was a family vacation for 3 nights/4 days at end of July. First the good: This is a beautiful home. Spacious bedrooms and floor plan. Well stocked kitchen. There was an outside grill, but we didn't use it as it was HOT. Loved the pool - beautiful sunsets and views. Enough room to easily park our 4 vehicles. We all enjoyed the pool-table. Comfortable bedding and more than enough bath towels. The not so good: Shower situation. There are only 2 master bath's not 4 as the property description implies. These are also Jack and Jill bathrooms, not private, although you can lock the door to the bedrooms and they each have their own toilet/sink area. The King shares with a Queen. The other two Queens share a shower and each have a lock off toilet/sink area as well. There is another 1/2 bath off the kitchen, across from the office. The 10 of us managed to share the two showers, but this was not what we were expecting per the website. Bedrooms 5 and 6 (Twins and Bunk) are in the GARAGE and are isolated from the rest of the house. This is not stated on the property description. The kids were able to sleep in the twin room, but the bunk room never reached a temperature below 85 degrees and was too uncomfortable to sleep. For TV lovers: There is NO satellite or cable TV. There is a DVD player. House next door is under CONSTRUCTION. THE BANGING AND DRILLING ARE STARTING at 5:45am. If you are in the two Q rooms that are by the pool, you WILL hear this.

This property was a Home Run! The views from this home are 2nd to none. We had 9 adults in our group and there was plenty of room for everyone. We will definitely stay again in the future.

Great Family Thanksgiving

The view is amazing and the property is laid out very well for multiple groups, especially family with different ages. Ample room to get together or find time alone. Pool table made for excellent family time and the entertainment center allowed for movies for both family and adult time. Center of the house is the "Hub" where everyone knew gathered, while the rooms are spread out giving all the privacy you need. Very nice for everyone.

Labor Day weekend Havasu trip

Upon arrival to the home, which we arrived a bit later then we anticipated, we had no issues checking in with the auto gate combo and finding the lockbox for entry into the home. The house was exactly in the condition that it was described to be. There was only one change, which was the office switched with one of the rooms accessible through the garage. This was more of a convenience for us as we didn't need to use the office but had it been needed being separated in the garage away from the festivities would have made it much easier to work without distraction. The rooms accessible through the garage stayed just as cool as all the other rooms even at temperatures of 117. There is plenty of room to entertain and everyone loved the layout of the rooms. As mention in other reviews there are only two showers in jack and Jill style bathrooms but this wasn't too much of an obstacle for us. Playing pool in the evening was great,(while everyone else mostly enjoyed the infinity pool in the backyard).but the view in the evening from the backyard of the home is definitely the pinnacle of this immaculate home overlooking lake with city lights and stars very visible after the sunset. We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home and would most definitely visit again.
