新しく改装されたこの2ベッドルームコンドミニアムでは、美しいエメラルドの海岸を一望できます。

Sunseekers＃3（The Breezeway）は2階のコンドミニアムで、2つのベッドルーム、タイル張りの床が付いた2つのバスがあります。 各ベッドルームにはクイーンベッドがあり、リビングルームにはクイーンスリーパーソファがあります。 リビングルームとマスターベッドルームからアクセスできるプライベートバルコニーに座ってください。

このコンドミニアムは湾岸に直接あり、あなたと白い砂浜の間には緑の芝生が数ヤードしかありません。 建物の密度は非常に低く、10ユニットしかないため、実際にビーチを楽しむことができます。

Great location/beachfront view. Unit well stocked, A/C worked well. Maintenance was very responsive to come up and fix a few minor things we found when we arrived. Only issue that management needs to address are the locks on exterior door did not always lock..hit or miss several times.

Amazing stay and as described. Great rental agency. A1 Communication

It todays day and age of rental properties, you always get anxious with booking. My experience here was absolutely amazing and beat ever expectation. Communication was fast. Agency was able to accommodate my requests. The beach was private and intimate even during a peak holiday. Would book again.

Great stay for a small family

My husband, myself, and our 2 y/o stayed here for a few nights. The ease of getting to the beach was great with a toddler and the view from the porch was wonderful. I also appreciated the laid back furnishings and decorations (no glass tables for my toddler to run into). We have stayed at a few places around 30a and this is one of our favorites so far! We would stay here again. The only downside is parking. We once returned to have our one designated spot in the gravel lot unusable due to the two cars on either side parked too close. Thankfully one was a cleaner and she left soon after we arrived, but at peak season I can see that there might be some parking troubles due to tight spacing and no lines. Still, not enough of a problem that we wouldn't stay again.

Great ocean view

The view from the balcony is awesome. Our rental unit could use some decorating love. Very tired furniture, paint , etc. Main bedroom needs a new comfortable mattress. The kitchen has plenty of cooking pots and pans, dishes, etc. Paradise Properties was very good about sharing information.

When the weather was rainy, the unit was cheerful and well stocked. The deck was covered and a great place to relax , read or eat rain or shine. When the weather was good, there several good restaurants in walking distance, and convenient walking and bike trails. MANAGEMENT RESPONSE Hey Lea and Tim! Condo view was amazing. Inside felt like 1995. Linens, shower curtains and the cabinets all smelled moldy. Upstairs neighbors sounded like dinosaurs. Not just in this condo but could hear other upstairs neighbors while visiting another unit in building. Was told parking lot was video monitored - it's not. Someone rear ended our vehicle and didn't leave a note. Will not rent here next year.

Location location location!

We really enjoyed our time here! The location was so perfect for our family. Everyone staying around us were kind and just as happy to be staying at this beach. We saw so much marine life from the balcony ! The kitchen was stocked with a ton of dishes- we even cooked a full Thanksgiving dinner while we stayed here! Everything was very clean and well taken care of!

Great condo right on the beach. Excellent ocean view from patio and also from bedroom. Unit was very clean. Parking is a little cumbersome. Could use a little updating on just small inexpensive things like toilet paper holders and patio doors. Would recommend and would definitely rent again.

Lovely vacation

Everything was great. Had trouble with door code when we got there but called and Paradise customer service rep fix it right away. Also had a problem with a smoke alarm that went off for no reason and we couldn’t turn off and the maintenance folks came right away (after hours and fixed it. Overall great rental.

Great location

Enjoyed our stay. The beach was amazing. Highly recommend the chair/umbrella rental! The guy was so accommodating. Would have liked more info on local restaurants, because most need reservations. Also, the tub could use something grippy in the bottom. It is rather slick. I did experience a fall.
