Blue Mountain Beach offers guests a slower, more peaceful pace than a lot of other communities on 30A. Located right on the Gulf, this accommodation offers an ocean escape right out your back door. From almost every window, you can see the beautiful water just below. Enjoy a peaceful glass of wine on one of two Gulf-front porches and unwind after a long day soaking up the sun.



What’s Nearby:

There are many restaurants and shops close by, and you are conveniently located close enough to nearby Seaside for some 30A shopping, and a short trip away from many great shops and restaurants in Destin. If you are looking to get your fill of the soft, sugar white sand and the sparkling emerald waters this area is known for, there isn't a better place to stay than Blue Mountain Townhomes.

Breathtaking View, Very Clean house, has everything you need to stay and cook there. Nice Dishes, and Pots and Pans. Even food to feed the Cats only came around when you put food out for them.

Wonderful Spot

Second time in Blue Mountain, first time staying here. Absolutely love the area! This spot is right on the beach and listening to the waves on the balcony was perfect. Would stay here again.

Birthday getaway

Such a great condo! Immaculately decorated with cozy and homey feel. Came for a birthday celebration for my daughter and a few of her friends. They loved being directly on the beach. Plenty of room for the five of us with room to spare. Wish we could have stayed longer!

This is our beachfront home away from home, our second trip back. Amazing ocean views and sunsets, walkable to restaurants, well furnished. Kudos to Vacasa for checking up to see if everything was perfect. It was!

Great stay!

The property was very clean, the views outstanding, and the inclusion of two dedicated beach chairs and umbrella made it very easy to enjoy the beach without having to schlep a bunch of stuff with us. The one item that surprised us was the need for our own beach towels. There were plenty of beach toys available to use including inner tubes and a boogie board. Overall an excellent stay for my wife and I.

Relaxing getaway

Property is in an ideal location being right on the beach with spectacular views from lower and upper balconies. The condo was well equipped with everything you can think of from extra towels, pillows, blankets, fully equipped kitchen, games, magazines, puzzles etc…. The beds were comfortable and even had tall chairs on both porches to see the ocean even better. I definitely would recommend this property for a couple or family. Very relaxing and within walking distance to great restaurants, bakery, and shops.

Beautiful Ocean View!

Very much enjoyed our stay in Santa Rosa. The property is right on the ocean and the views from the town home were amazing. The town home was very clean and recently updated. Easy access to the beach. Love the location and could walk to various places and we brought our bikes to enjoy the bike trail on 30A. The outside of the building needs cleaning and overall attention. This was a bit upsetting when we first pulled up. But, we very much enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

FULL MOON FEVER 🌕

This location is awesome. My girlfriend and I enjoyed beautiful sunsets accompanied by full moons rising. The owner took care of a slight beach chair mix up immediately (Thank You). We were directly on the water and so close to the unit the WiFi still picked up from our beach chairs. This unit is the perfect distance to everything in Blue Mountain. 5 stars ⭐️ to the owner.

Great location, property needs a little update

Can’t say more about the views. Just breathtaking. Property can use a little update, baseboards on main floor and in master bed have grout missing and couple are loose with creaking sound. Guest bath shower curtain had mildew. Only high chairs in both patios. House decor is nice. Upstairs carpet looks/feels old. Communication is good.

Beautiful Condo in the perfect spot on Blue Mountain Beach

My family Loved the house, the location, and blue mountain beach. Everything in the house was perfect…. Comfortable beds, sofa was so comfy, great AC, good wifi, and gorgeous views from balconies! We had such a great time, wished we had booked a longer stay. Definitely rebooking for next summer. Home comes with umbrella and two chairs ( set up for you daily on the beach)….. just remember your beach towels! The walk from the condo to the private beach entry is less than a minute, and then add two minutes to walk across beach to your chairs!!!! I was easily able to check on family at the beach from the balcony. Absolutely loved having the washer/ dryer! There is a closet full of sand toys, crab catchers, etc for use also. Definitely the most fun, relaxed vacation!

Short Getaway Trip

This is the second time I have stayed here and I was a bit disappointed with the property this year. I stayed in 2022 and again in September 2023. The outside of the property is really trashy and unkept and needs a "facelift". The inside of the property was great....a little worn but okay. The carpet could stand to be cleaned and just some tender loving care would help. The owners have done a great job of making sure you have just about everything you could need. Just a note to owners/managers of the property....the iron leaks so it needs to be replaced, the railing on the deck is a little wobbly and scared me to lean on it, two key fobs would be MOST helpful. Overall, I really like this place and its location but if you don't do something about the issues I brought up, I doubt I'll return. I'll try to find something a little more cleaner or updated on the outside.

Perfect location!

Blue Mountain beach is amazing, and we loved having the upper condo with the balcony views of the Gulf!! We could hear the waves all night long. Access to the beach was right around the corner from our condo…so super easy to get down to the amazing white sand and waves!! Some stuff in the condo itself wasn’t working (ex: TV remotes in master bedroom couldnt control volume on TV—was stuck on super loud and ceiling fan pull string in kids bedroom was jammed, etc), so that was disappointing. But we didn’t stay inside long enough to care much abt that little stuff. Parking was mismarked, so we had someone park in our spot when we left. Upstairs master bedroom and remodel of the interior was nice throughout!! Would love to see extra blankets and pillows be provided. Unfortunately, we came at a time when weather turned colder than expected, and beds only had light sheets/blankets on them. So we had to turn the furnace on to warm up! Definitely a clean place! And the best part was the location, location, location!! You could walk for miles and miles on those beaches! Thanks for the experience! We had a great time!
