Also includes a fully stocked (utensils, plates, etc…) eat-in kitchen, luxury toiletries, furnished patio, beach chairs, towels, cart, umbrella, and cooler.
Guests will enjoy one of the best locations on the key! Short, easy walk to the beach, along with several local hotspots, and a grocery store.
This is an ideal condo for a honeymoon, romantic getaway, girls’/guys’ getaway, a family with 1-2 small children, or a family with one older child. Relax inside with AC and wifi or outside with bbq and outdoor patio.
Guests are guaranteed one free parking spot for the entire stay,and easy, affordable travel around the key via local services.
Luxury shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and soap provided, along with all linens and towel towels.
Beach equipment including chairs,umbrella, cart and cooler provided.

This unit was new remodeled and perfect for two people. The location really makes it with the pool, beach and 3 bar/restaurants all within 1 block. The outdoor patio, beach towels and rack in kitchen along with beach chairs\wagon were wonderful amenities as well. Minor issues we encountered: no lid for skillet, pots did not work on convection stovetop, no mop to cleanup floor spills/sand and a towel rack on either side of bath vanity would be helpful since there is no towel bar. We loved our stay and would definitely return!

This condo is special because it has been in my family for over 30 years. It’s been used as a rental in the past, and my mother lived there comfortably for 12 years until the hurricane hit in 2025. That is when we renovated it and decided to use it again as a rental property.
It is clean,newly renovated, and waiting to be your sunny home away from home!☀️

Ebb Tide is nostalgic given its genuine Florida feel and atmosphere. I prefer feeling like I’m at home when I’m away, and Ebb Tide provides that cozy feeling, unlike some of the high-end resorts. No McMansions or sterile, cookie cutter hotel rooms, just quaint, genuine living away from home💕
