The kitchen pans were multiple in number but most were unusable. Teflon is a known carcinogen and not usable in poor condition. Rust is not desirable either. Not enough glasses. Master bed is really noisy on the beach side. One hair dryer caught fire. Everything else was great!!

Beach Getaway

Very nice property for a small family. We having a family of three so it was perfect. Definitely would recommend staying here and plan on booking in the near future.

Great place!

Loved the location! I loved being steps away from the beach and watching sunrises/sunsets from the balcony. The complex itself was quiet and felt safe. The pool was an added bonus for the kids. The hot tub however, wasn’t hot. Definitely would stay again!

South Padre Gem

What a lovely condo. We just wish we could have stayed longer. Check in was a breeze. Beds were a too firm for my preference. The queen in the second room is the softest bed in the condo. We love these properties that are not high rises as the beach area is always less crowded.

Great location

A little outdated, clean but had a strange smell. We tried to air it out but it never went away. Great view of the beach. Access to the beach is a little difficult but good.

Yearly Beach Trip

We have stayed at three different condos at Suntide II for our family beach trip. We have loved all of them. The view is amazing and you can see your family on the beach from the balcony. That’s the best thing about it for me.

Perfect family getaway

The condo was wonderful! Clean and located just as described. Could not of had a better condo to stay! Called maintenance within 20 minutes of arrival. Was told a work order would be turned in and someone would be coming by the next day. Problem with sink was not fixed. We were there for 5 days and never heard back from them.

Great Location and Awesome View

This location is well described in the profile. When the called the property manager for additional information or help, they were right on top of our requests. Couple things to know: the parking area does not support golf carts so plan on having a rental car or use Uber; this location is on the beach; pack beach towels as the property won’t allow bath towels on the beach. This is a great spot to stay, easy access to local restaurants and bars.

Gorgeous beach front condo

The kitchen in 303 is so nice! The master bath too. Loved our stay. Great view, big balcony, great location. More than enough clean towels. Cold AC, comfy couch! No complaints! (Bring your own sharp knife for cooking. Condo knives are always dull no matter where you go)

Property is convenient, amenities are great. Only downside is ice maker is out so constantly filling trays.

The condo was clean and moderately well furnished. The refrigerator ice maker was not working.

Overall okay. Ice maker not working. Check out time is outrageous 10:30 am is too early. If one factors check in at 4:00pm and check out at 10:30 am then customer should pay for two half days.

The property’ was not ready to move in at 4pm. The representative was somewhat apologetic but not s

I should have been made aware that the property was not cleaned at the expected check in time. No shampoo or conditioner. This seems so basic to include. One elevator was not working during check in. The one elevator was not cleaned from all the use. Disposal needed repairs. Overall for the price I was disappointed.

Very clean and great location!

This property is beautiful! Well kept and was very clean upon our arrival. Check in and check out was easy. The location is so close to the ocean and you can enjoy the sunrise.

A Great Stay with Beautiful View

We have been to a few wonderful places on vacation and our South Padre Island booking in the Suntide II condominiums on the beach rates among the best. Vrbo made it easy to choose accommodations and book the date we needed. The property management Padre Island Rentals were so nice and helpful available 24 hours to answer questions and help make your stay comfortable. The condo was very clean and the kitchen bedrooms, and bathrooms were made up smartly with all the amenities you would need. We found the island to be beautiful and clean with water and sand that without a doubt is “The Best in Texas”. There is plenty to do and if you are lucky; you can even see a rocket launch. For nourishment, there is plenty of great restaurants and bars that you will find delicious and unique food to satisfy most individuals. If I could ask for more; I might request easier to use streaming services with maybe instructions for the many remotes for the devices. So overall we found our trip to be all that we had hoped for and the accommodations were key to the success.
