Heritage Hideaway- 5bed/3.5bath Historical house with modern amenities

Located downtown North Hill Pensacola, North Hill offers a tranquil, suburban feel while being just minutes from downtown Pensacola's dining, shopping, and entertainment. Modern amenities paired with its historic preservation, this house includes spacious rooms for family gatherings, beautiful pool in the backyard for entertaining in between trips to the beach only 10 min drive away and a comfortable walk to downtown entertainment. We also offer a grill, sun loungers, outdoor dining with umbrella, and plenty of pool toys for a relaxing day around the house.
Four of the 5 bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor. The 3rd floor has two full size beds, futon, board games and a full bath. Each room has its own distinct style and ambience.
First floor has a living room, dining room, kitchen, front foyer, and back foyer (with full bathroom and half bathroom) leading to the pool outside
The backyard has an outdoor dining table with six chairs, and two sun lounge chairs next to the pool. We also have a carport lounge area where the grill is located.

Great house! Enjoyed the history of it, large dining space, functional bathrooms, front porch, pool & backyard space. Used the grill quite a bit. Close to restaurants, shopping, downtown. Owner very responsive. Great space for large groups/family. Loved it & would stay again

We rented this property for our daughter’s wedding weekend. It was perfect for the reception dinner and for the bride and groom to get ready for their special day. The beauty of the home made the photos amazing. We would definitely recommend this beautiful home.

Great house and location to Pensacola Naval Base. We had 8 people in the house with an additional 3 that joined us for dinners. The bathrooms were very nice. The kitchen was nice but could use more towels and cooking pans or even a crockpot.

The home was beautiful, it is an older, historic home, with some original charm. If you need pristine clean, this won’t quite make it simply due to the age of the home, windows had old wood falling on the sill, and some dirt, but for our group it was no big deal. The pool unfortunately needed some extra TLC and we did not feel comfortable taking advantage of it. Due to our own time constraints we did not let the property manager know, there is a good chance it would have been made right. The homes charm was a hit for everyone and it fit our party with room to spare. We would definitely book again if we return to the area with a party this large.

I certainly would have done anything that needed to be addressed to make your stay more enjoyable. I’m sorry you felt uncomfortable to swim, we had the pool cleaned hours before you checked in. The old oak trees in Pensacola and Gulf Breeze are protected by the state so we can’t remove them, and the pollen/leaves are cleaned daily to keep up. We’re working on getting permission from the city to trim the branches back at the moment to keep the pool from getting leaves in it. The house is a historical house also protected by the Pensacola historical society so you have to get approval by the Pensacola historical committee to change out any part of the house. We got approval for the inside but the windows and seals (seen from the outside) are a longer ordeal to get approved. It’s a frustrating process. I will definitely address the situation and make sure all window seals are in pristine conditions. Thank you for staying with us and I appreciate you saying you would definitely stay again if you were in the area!

We loved the property, it was restored nicely and gave you the feeling you were staying in an old Victorian era home. Kids enjoyed the pool and we all enjoyed the nice grill. Management was very helpful and responsive to our needs and we very much appreciated their hospitality

My family owned rental properties growing up so I’m no stranger to the business! I take pride in providing a rental property that people feel at home in and are comfortable while staying.

It is a quiet, beautiful historic district of Pensacola with so much history woven into its foundation. The houses are all dating in the early 1900s and were built with care and detail that you don’t see in today’s construction. I love the North Hill district and that’s why I chose a property in this location.

Our property is unique for its preserved interior and exterior construction built in 1902. From the hand crafted trim work, the beautiful detailed door casings, chair rail wrapping around each room, the 10 inch baseboard, the construction truly is artwork. We have modern amenities for convenience and comfort mixed with the old day construction. We also have an amazing pool that is 8ft deep going to 3ft deep.
