The extra-large, fully gated deck features a comfortable patio set with an umbrella, ideal for enjoying your morning coffee or evening cocktails. Fire up the gas BBQ for a delightful cookout with family and friends, or gather around the dining room table that comfortably seats six.

Inside, you'll find a large new sectional couch, perfect for unwinding after a day of beach adventures. The condo is dog-friendly, making it easy to bring your furry companion along for the fun. With a queen bed, twin bed, and king bed, there's plenty of space for everyone to rest comfortably.

Conveniently located just a 5-minute bike ride, 14-minute leisurely walk, or 3-minute car ride to the beach, this condo is perfect for beach lovers. Plus, enjoy the FREE Dunes Buggy shuttle service available from April through September, which will pick you up right at your front door and whisk you away to the beach or the vibrant shopping and dining scene at Shelter Cove. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Wonderful Condo

This is a spacious and well provisioned condo. The deck is perfect for dining outside and watching the wildlife around the lagoon. The location is an easy walk to the General Store and tennis courts and close to all the stores and restaurants along Wm Hilton Pkwy.

Absolutely wonderful week!

We had such a wonderful week at this beautiful condo in Palmetto Dunes! Mary was a wonderful host and provided everything we needed to have an amazing stay. The condo was super clean - we could tell that it had a thorough cleaning before we arrived. The sectional sofa was very cozy for our family of 5. The kids enjoyed the games and beach toys. The bathrooms were very updated and the decor was very coastal and pretty. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals, even though we ate out a lot! 😊 We brought our own bikes and stored them in the trash service area/ outdoor storage area- all 4 bikes fit just fine! Palmetto Dunes is a great area to ride bikes - and all of Hilton Head for that matter! We rode all over the island on the nice bike paths. We've stayed at a lot of beach rentals in various places in NC & SC and this is one of the cleanest, most comfortable, cutest places we've stayed! Highly recommend it!

We have stayed at Mary’s place now for 3 years. It’s clean spacious and in a great location. She’s always responsive if needed. Great for families it checks all the boxes!

Wonderful

We had the best week. Leading up to our stay Mary was great with answering questions and giving suggestions about activities that we might enjoy. She went above and beyond with her quick responses and overall willingness to make sure we had a great visit. The place was perfect and all the little details such as the little bathroom sets that included soap and small containers of shampoo and conditioner and then the kitchen had some tabs for the dishwasher and dish soap were super helpful. We enjoyed looking out for Buzz during the day and going to the beach.Great location and lots of restaurants close by. We loved it!

Excellent Condo

The condo is just as pictured. It was very clean and well stocked with everything you would need. Mary the owner was excellent and very responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely recommend this unit.

Great Unit in Queens Grant

We had a great stay! Unit was clean and well appointed. Owner was very responsive. Plenty of space for family of four. We enjoyed the wide windows in the living room and sipping morning coffee while Buzz the gator was on patrol :)

We have stayed at this property several times and obviously return time and again because we are so satisfied with the quality of the unit, the location, and perhaps most of all, the attentiveness and clear communication of the owner. Mary should run master class seminars for vrbo owners to show them how it's done - simply the best! Thank you, and already looking forward to our next stay!

Excellent host

Mary qas an amazing host. While on vacation Hurricane Idalia decided to rear it's ugly head. Mary was in constant contact with us to ensure we were safe. She also provided some great suggestions for things to do. It was wonderful to have beach chairs and umbrellas for our use. The view was beautiful and we were close to everything. Thank you!

Great family vacation

We had a wonderful time! Easy bike ride to the beach and close walk to the pool. The deck overlooking the lagoon has great setup for relaxing and grill for cooking. Great space for the whole family. Easy to walk to the Palmetto Dunes General store and rent bikes from Hilton Head Outfitters just down the road.

Perfect island getaway!

Even before getting to the condo, Mary was on top of it in regards to communication. The condo was clean and great layout for our family and well equipped. Small personal touches in condo elevated our experience. Palmetto Dunes is a perfect vacation spot on the island and we loved biking around the resort. Short drive and bike to beach. Pool close to condo! Looking forward to next year.
