Great location, close to shopping at Coligny plaza. Host was very responsive. Would have liked a full length mirror for dressing. Nice, quite complex. We enjoyed our stay

This was a great property for our short stay in HHI. The condo was very clean and the walls were very thick where you did not hear the neighbors. The space was cozy but the pictures in the listing are accurate and it wasnt a surprise. The amenities with being able to use the Hilton pool, grill, etc were a great addition and covered parking was great. Highly recommend!

Very Nice Little Apartment

The apartment is small, so I couldn't imagine staying here with more than two adults and a young toddler, but for that or a couple it is great. The location is great and the pool and beach access are fantastic. The owners were responsive to my questions at check-in regarding the parking pass and before arrival. Only downside is with the late check-in and early check-out you basically have very limited access to the facilities those days.

The property's access to amenities was incredible, as it provided a great time to get away and relax by the pool and beach! The location of the property is perfect, as it is an easy walk to the Coligny Plaza with many restaurants and shops. We also enjoyed riding bikes to few further restaurants as well!

Let it snow.

We had a great time visiting friends who winter on HHI. Even though 4 - 6 inches of snow fell on the island during our time there.

The location is wonderful. Steps away from the beach and pool. The bikes provided were easy to use. We had a nice stay. We messaged the host about an issue with the condo. They replied with steps that could be taken. It was not an immediate issue and was not affecting our stay. Without confirimng with us and following VRBO guidelines the owner entered the condo without our knowledge or permission. We only knew of the entry because we saw him exit the condo on our return from the beach. He did introduce himself after exiting. The intent of this review is to be honest and transparent. As renters of the condo we felt our privacy expectations were not met. VRBO has privacy guidelines to make the guest experience great. In the future I am hopefully the host will follow the guidelines. If they do I would recommend staying there.

Great location and amenities!

Enjoyed our stay with easy beach access. Well maintained property with beautiful pools, hot tubs, fitness center and nearby parking. Enjoyed having the bikes available at no extra cost to bike to Colligny.

Perfect weekend getaway

This was the perfect spot for my family. It was close to everything and allowed us to be close to the room when my newborn needed a nap! This place has everything you need.

Great location

2 bikes came with this rental and we loved riding all over the island. The condo is near the sweet beach and using the pool at the Hilton next door was just great. We really enjoyed our trip to Hilton Head.

Fall break

We had an overall wonderful stay. The amenities this condo provides are top notch. The ocean front resort style pool was so clean and water was heated warm enough for swimming in mid October during a cold front. Walk to the beach is very easy with very limited soft sand to walk through. Condo met our needs for our 5 day stay. We would stay again.

Location

I stayed here with a friend and the size of the condo was perfect. We absolutely loved this location and the 2 bikes were a great addition. We used the pool and hot tub most days which was well maintained and very easy to get towels and any other information from the Hilton lobby. Would definitely stay here again and return.

Small, Cozy Condo

Clean, cozy condo in a beautiful Hilton Head complex. Great to have access to the Hilton Head facilities: pools, hot tubs, beach access. Small; we felt it was good for only 2 people. Great place to visit is the Sea Pines Reserve. About 600+ acres of trails, small lakes, ocean views, restaurants, etc. $9 to enter with your car. We spent all day there.

25th Anniversary

My husband and I celebrated our 25th anniversary in Hilton Head at this condo. It’s a great location. Close to a lot of restaurants and bars that you can walk to or ride the bikes that came with the condo which saved us a ton of money. Looking forward to checking out some of your other properties. 40th anniversary getaway

Overall very good experience. Bedroom and bathroom a little snug. Nicely decorated, comfortable environment. All the amenities shared with the Hilton were a plus. However we didn’t pack beach towels because we were told the Hilton could provide them. They won’t for the Carolina Beach club.

Very disappointing accommodations

The amenities ( pool, beach, workout area were fabulous) The accommodations were terrible. Very dirty carpets and couch, drain in tub and sink did not work. Dresser was so unstable, I was afraid to put my purse on top of it. Not one Kerig coffee to drink in the am after arriving at 1:00am night before. I have stayed at many VRBOs and this was the worst. Lori needs to update everything in the unit and do a thorough cleaning. Would not recommend.

Tolerable for 2, location nice

The condo does have a nice balcony from which you can see the ocean. I would call it a pocket view. Space is at a premium in this condo. The table for 2 also holds the large router, eating up valuable space. One can only cook basically tho the appliances all functioned well. The kitchen sink is 4" deep, so prepare to use the drawer dishwasher ever day. The bicycles are easily found and unlocked; please note the basket bike has barely any brake pads-left awfully hard to stop in a pinch. Generally needs refreshing re: walls, drapes, etc. Kind of 90's dingy..

This property comes with full access to all of the wonderful amenities that Ocean Oak Resort a New Hilton property! You can not ask for better access to the beach, as well as the awesome heated pools, one is beach front! There is also a hot tub, a picnic area with BBQ grills, hammocks, full bar and restaurant, bathrooms, out door game area, inside there is a work out room, a great place to relax and read or use computers, rent movies or watch movies in the movie room!
