Beautiful home with great location within steps to the beach. My family loved the pool and hot tub. Hosts were so nice with prompt communication. 4.9/5 stars- deduction only because the toilet would on/off keep running and not flush. Otherwise amazing place!

Loved staying at this little boutique cottage. We had a great time, beach is right across the street, and comfortable bedding. The pool and hot tub were a great added plus to our stay! Also, you don't have to bring a thing for the beach, they have a garage with everything you would need. Great stay!

Perfect location, clean, and wonderful memories made!

Perfect location on the island - within walking distance to bars/restaurants and easily can Uber or Instacart groceries. Great home for a family or group- loved having the pool/hot tub- tons of beach toys and floats to use. Beach is right across the street. The condo has smart tvs in every room. Well stocked kitchen. Clean and comfortable. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!! Oh, and managers are quick to respond to every message and so accommodating.

Jason Katzel is an Unethical Owner-BUYER BEWARE

Reserved two cottages for 4 adults 6 kids (20-14 yrs old). 4 of our were kids were home from college for Christmas/New Years break and we were looking forward to spending quality time together. Owner Jason initially moved us into wrong property. We had grocery shopped, unpacked, made cocktails and the kids had showered. Jason called a few hours later to say he had moved us into the wrong cottage! The 10 of us scrambled to move out because the original renters were on their way. We and sat and waited for Jason in the one cottage that was not double booked. We later learned the second cottage we were supposed to be in had a long term resident that had been there for months already. Jason said he didn't know how it happened, and blamed it on the HomeAway website. I had emailed him before booking to double check it was avail., and he said it was. Jason tried to move 5 people in our our group down the street on his cheap dime into two tiny, rundown,outdated motel rooms. We declined and he then found a nicer 1 king and 1 twin, (bc of holiday the whole area was booked to near capacity and we were desperate for a clean non cockroach resolution). Our adult kids had to sleep on air mattresses, but at that point we were in a pinch and we needed something nearby. It was a mess and waste of our first day there. He promised to "make it right" and reimburse us the FULL amount for all our trouble, realizing the huge inconvenience and the point was for the 10 of us to be together. Additionally, he offered us the use of a golf cart to get our group back and forth. He never reimbursed us the full amount for all the trouble, failed to deliver on the golf cart and he is dodging telephone calls and emails. The point of the trip was for the 10 of us to stay together and we paid thousands of dollars for a nice vacation. It turned out to be a huge hassle and Jason lied about "making it right" like he promised. He kept telling the men in our group "man to man, I'll make this right". Not a man of integrity and character. BUYER BEWARE!!!!! Even if you inquire about availability before booking through HomeAway you might be without a rental when you arrive.

Wonderful location and everything you need!

The house was great! The location was perfect directly across from beach in a quiet beach neighborhood. The house had all the extras like chairs, towels, linens, detergent and much more! We will stay here again!

Great family vacation and property

We had a great stay at this property! Everything was super clean, and the living space and bedrooms were wonderful and lofty with those amazing tall ceilings. The pool was shared, but all guests in the other houses were wonderful and considerate. The walk to the beach was very short, and the beach access path is so dreamy and magical - like something out of a tropical secret garden. Tons of restaurants nearby, most are kid friendly. Everyone in our family had a wonderful beach vacation here and we'll definitely be back!

Perfect family getaway!

Loved The Point Unit 3 MIL! Worked out great for our family of 6. Loved the warm, salt water pool and hot tub. Tons of pool toys and beach gear available to borrow. Grilled brats one night for dinner on one of the 3 grills out on the pool deck. Cute, beachy decorations throughout. Spacious enough for our needs. Stocked kitchen. Plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, dish tablets and laundry products provided. Beds are comfortable. Balcony offers partial views of the Gulf. Bedrooms have views to canal way. Very short walk to the beach accesses. Soft sand and lots of shells. Convenient location, just a mile off 699, away from the hustle and bustle on the strip. Off-street parking in front. Nicely landscaped and well-kept. Planning to reserve for next summer.

Spectacular

We had a wonderful time! The location is absolutely perfect, the communication and ease of checking in and out was as well. It truly exceeded my expectations and will be back. Of renting the apartment know that people will likely be below you and the spiral staircase may be challenging for some but we all did great. Perfect for all around family fun!

Cute and beachy

We LOVED our stay at this property. It was clean, close to the beach, and had a nice pool area. We also loved that they had beach chairs we could borrow. The only negative I would say would be that the pull out couch is terrible to sleep on and no lounge chairs by the pool. Overall we were very happy with our stay. I would stay here again and I’d recommend this property to my friends and family.

A cozy, relaxing, stay located on the gulf coast!!

We absolutely loved this charming, cozy, home located directly across from a semi-private beautiful beach!!! We had everything we needed!! The beds were were very comfortable and I forgot my pillow! The pillows were amazing!!!! The pillows were not stiff and bulky but soft and comfy!!! The unit had Two parking spaces and there were no issues with parking. No extra fee for parking. The washer and dryer was located downstairs which was ideal. The pool and outdoor kitchen area was wonderful! The owners were very helpful and quick to respond to calls. We visited the 4th of July and were not bombarded with crowds. It was much more populated further down the beach. I would highly recommend spending time on ft desoto and take the fairy boat to ft desoto. It was absolutely beautiful (the ride over and the state beach). Less expensive than buying tickets from a commercial group!! The walk to the beach is ideal. The most beautiful entrance to the white sandy beach is to the left of the unit about 50 yards and turn right at the beach entry sign. The entryway is covered with hanging leaves from various trees. Take beautiful pics of your family along this path, the white sand in u toes and the overhang of greenery and the background of a palm tree and the white sand and beautiful beach. Would definitely recommend staying here again!!! The spiral staircase may be a problem but there were other accommodations available on site as well. I think the entire complex would serve about 25 people. Enjoy your stay!!!

Incredible accommodations/ wonderful Week

We had a fabulous family vacation and could not have asked for more- the place is adorable, clean, well equipped,steps away from beach and Jason was there to meet and greet as upon arrival. Can’t say enough- you will not be disappointed and if you are the problem is probably you! Haha! Sunrise- Sunbathe-Sunset REPEAT We will be back again and are so looking forward to it!

FANTASTIC

My fiancé and I stayed here for a week. It was absolutely wonderful. The location was perfect. You have the beach in walking distance and popular restaurants near by. This house had everything we needed and more. The pictures do not do it justice, It’s very nice! We felt right at home and will definitely consider staying here again.

Great Location, Great Host!

Had a great week here. Only have to cross the street to get to a relatively quiet stretch of beach. Ocean is mere feet away, not hundreds of yards like some of the condos that line the area north. We saw dolphins and amazing sunsets. It was less than 30 minutes to downtown St. Pete's and great restaurants (we loved The Mill), had a great crab boil lunch at John's Pass (and stopped in at the alligator place), and spent a day in Tampa watching the Bolts. The house was beautifully done on the inside and very quiet. Definitely appreciated the pool, the jacuzzi, and the shed stuffed with chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, etc. Jason was a wonderful host and responded immediately any time we had a question. Would highly recommend!

Great location and great amenities

We stayed at this property with two small children for a week and had a blast. They loved the heated pool and we grilled out poolside with everything we needed provided. They have beach toys, sun screen, and even kids shoes. Located about a mile from public and there's a cool bar with tables in the sand nearby. Also had a washer dryer, fast internet, and easy parking. Stay here. You'll love it.

why this property? well ,why get crammed into a condo with no room to breath? Our property is 'truely" a one of a kind property on Sunset Beach, or all of Treasure Island for that matter. This property features a most ideal location and combination of amenities you will struggle to find at any other beach property. In addition to that, the unique funky little residential island community of Sunset Beach, with its close proximity and easy access to large touristy type beaches cannot be duplicated.

Our property consists of several houses on one property all surrounding the pool , spa , cabana, outdoor cooking and common area. We can accommodate groups of up to 25 people for events such as beach weddings, family reunions, as well as other types of events or gatherings.
