We chose this neighborhood because it offers the perfect blend of convenience and charm. Located in the heart of Slabtown, the home is just minutes from Downtown Traverse City, beautiful beaches, and local parks. It’s also close to hospitals and other essentials, yet tucked into a quiet, walkable neighborhood that feels peaceful and welcoming. It’s an ideal spot for enjoying all that Traverse City has to offer without sacrificing comfort or tranquility.
