Narragansett Pier Immaculate, peaceful 5 bedroom cottage 1 mile to beach!

Peaceful, immaculate, recently completely updated 5 bedroom 2 and 1/2 bath with granite kitchen, one mile from picturesque and historic Narragansett Pier and Narragansett beach. This home is great for families who want to be close to the beach, and surrounding South County towns and return to a large a cornered lot, Backyard fire-making s’mores!

The home has a modern large open kitchen/ dining room with seating for 10. Each bedroom and the first floor commons area are climate-controlled with evaporative cooling splits for customizable comfort.
The large, comfortable, available family room is great for watching TV or just reading. We have games and puzzles for both children and adults to enjoy. Besides the new tiled full bath and half first-floor bathrooms, there is a bedroom with a full-size bed, armoire, small dresser, and reading chair.

There are four bedrooms upstairs as well as a full tiled bath. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, large built in dresser, full sliding door closet. There is a small flat screen TV behind another closet. An oversized comfortable chair and lamp make it an ideal place to read.

There is also another large bedroom with a queen mattress and a Built-in dresser, and a large double door closet.

The third bedroom is also a large room with a full-size bed, dresser, and sitting area with windows overlooking the side and the back yard.

Finally, the middle bedroom, With a window overlooking the back yard, also has a full-size bed, dresser, and a large Sliding door closet.

The kitchen is full equipped with pots, pans, dinnerware, etc. There is also a French press and an electric drip coffee pot, as well as a coffee grinder. There is also a Vitamix blender for your frozen beverages, as well as a lobster pot for a clambake.

Outdoors, we have a private outdoor shower with hot and cold running water. There is a gas grill and shaded patio area with a large picnic table for outdoor dining.

In the shed you will have access to beach chairs, beach toys, a beach caddy and small pop up beach cabana.

All linens are provided with extra blankets. Besides bath towels we also have beach towels.
