Beautiful views, right on the beach. Condo had a pool right next to building, parking wasn’t difficult to find. Condo was clean, bed was comfortable. I did enjoy having a washer/dryer to use so I didn’t have to pack wet clothes. The only negatives I would say was the listing mentioned iron, iron board, hair dryer but had none of these so I had to buy them. Parking also cost 25 for the weekend which surprised me. I think it would be helpful to have a little welcome sheet with WiFi info, any rules for condo, tips, fun places to see, etc written down.

Overall the place was as advertised and everything was nicely kept. Only thing I did not know was it was on the third floor and no elevator. As someone with a bad back and poor circulation in my legs it wasn’t the best thing for me. We did have to end up buying toilet paper and trash bags, there wasn’t enough for a week’s stay. But we did enjoy our stay and the view was amazing and it was quiet which I love.

The condo is quaint and was perfect for a girls trips with my best friend, my granddaughter and her bestie!! I highly recommend this condo if you want to be right on the water and looking for a family type atmosphere!!

This place definitely has great potential. It was advertised as a two bedroom, but it is definitely one bedroom with a bed in an alcove in the hallway. While it will sleep four, two folks would have to be on the couch in the living room. The location is excellent, views are amazing, but the lack of any sort of window treatment or shade was terrible. There were no instructions on how to work the nest, AC unit and it was set to comfort at 80 overnight. We had to constantly adjust it to keep the room at a decent temperature. While the overall stay was good, and the facilities are great, the beach is close, the pools are nice, the extra 25 parking fee that was not disclosed, took us by surprise and the description that did not match the condo, communication with a host was lacking. Both us and the folks who walked in on us while having dinner, experience the same excuses that his assistant overbooked each other’s stay. The host was also rather rude. It left a bad taste in our mouth, and we ended up leaving early. Overall, this place has great potential, but a few things have got to be taken care of, including leaving some instructions for future tenants.
