We did not have internet or TV for 2 days. I'm not sure why the property manager waited almost one full day before calling tech support to come look at it. I was also told the company manger was going to call me about this but never did. The kitchen was not stocked at all. I have stayed in dozens of VRBOs and never once didn't have at least salt and pepper.

Wonderful Place

Amazing ocean views from inside and then a very nice front patio to lounge on! We hope to stay here again and we highly recommend it to all beach lovers!!

Great Location and Home

Check-in process was very easy, property was very nice and accommodating for our needs. Views of the sunset was great from the patio. Highly recommend this property.

Great beach location!

This was a perfect beach location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Even with Covid still active, there were several food places within a few minutes walk of the place. Great patio area to relax in, with wonderful sunsets! Would definitely stay here again!

Beach Get Away

This is the perfect location if you love the beach. Great food and shops within walking distance and 15-20 from pretty much anywhere in town. The condo was lovely and just as described. We would love to stay again.

Wonderful Spring break

The views out the window of the ocean were amazing. Just a few steps from a clean, wonderful beach! Still close to other attractions. Walk to coffee shops and other restaurants! Great stay!

Location is perfect

Great spot for pre-teens/ family vacation. I loved the beach and water views and traffic of the boardwalk. Perfect place to take your kids because of the waking distance to all the fun stuff. Belmont Park is awesome with its rides, go- karts, escape room and Arcade. Perfect location and great views.

Getaway Summer 2024

This property was great! Could not ask for a better location and the house was perfect. It was clean and had everything we needed. We so enjoyed the patio with the seating and fire pit, which we used every night. We would love to go back!

Beach Front Getaway

The unit is at a corner location with off street parking (a real bonus!). The living spaces are nice and comfortable and the patio has ample seating with a fire pit. The 2 bedrooms are set up more for a family and we had 2 couples so one room had cramped quarters. Overall nice place to stay.

Great location and gorgeous view!

Can’t ask for a better location. The view was amazing and the property was very nice. 710 rentals was easy to deal with and responded quickly to any questions we had. Would definitely recommend!

Great view

This property is a perfect house for your family. Right on the beach and easy to get in and out of. Very clean when we got there and it was easy to get a hold of someone if you needed something. Overall a great experience. We will rent this house again for sure!

Great spot - perfect beach vacation!

We love this place! The deck is spacious and private, which we loved. The fireplace allowed us to hang out outside and stay warm. Location couldn't be better - right on the boardwalk!! There was no coffee or tea, and very limited spices, but they did have beach chairs and boogie boards, which was a big plus. Overall a great spot and a super responsive owner.

Ocean Front

If you want to be where the beach action is, this is your place. The boardwalk is very lively with walkers, bicyclists etc. The ocean is within steps of the condo. Great for watching sunsets and dolphins. This condo is close to everything San Diego has to offer including Belmont Park, Sea World, the San Diego Zoo and Old Town. We had a great stay.

Best trip yet!

The property is super nice and in an excellent location on the Mission Beach boardwalk. The property management team is excellent. We had a small issue and they responded quickly and resolved it immediately. We’ve decided to return next year.

Excellent location and home.

Beautiful home. Beds were sooooo comfortable. Only bad experience were loud neighbors upstairs. Otherwise everything was as expected.
