Great location, amazing views and very clean. The living room views were incredible. The showers in particular need updating as they’re made for much smaller people.

The views were spectacular and the location perfect. The home was nicely appointed and the kitchen had what we needed for our 5 day stay. All the contacts were responsive and they checked in during the stay to make sure we were comfortable. The bed in the primary was very comfortable. My friends had a less firm bed which they wished was firmer. Beds are hard to review; it depends what you like. But overall great stay!

The name “Forever Views” is VERY accurate. The floor to ceiling windows face the ocean, and the 2 patios (which 2 of the bedrooms have views and doors for patio access) also have incredible ocean views. I was a little concerned reading some of the reviews that mention “broken tiles, outdated, etc”. And, yes it’s one of the older homes that hasn’t been updated; but the size of the house (plenty of room), and the views give this property a 5 star rating for me. I’ve stayed in other VRBO homes and this one is average on upkeep (as mentioned in other reviews, is older and has not been refurbished) but it’s spacious, comfortable enough, has plenty of cookware, plates and utensils in the kitchen, TV in every room, and is close to restaurants, SeaWorld, and other attractions. There is plenty of street parking. Caution—the driveway is steeply banked—unless you have higher base car, I would park on the street. The ocean views MAKE this property—I have not found a house with the same ocean experience. We will definitely be back.
The view from one of the patios—watching the surfers is also relaxing and fun

Beautiful view/Tired property. The door code didn’t work. The roof leaked during rain the bathrooms are very outdated and basic. The property could have been cleaner. Overall the premium price does not equal the tired property. Time for some updates and some remodeling.

This was a great spot for a family rental. The back deck overlooking the Pacific was where we spent all of our time. The house was constructed in 1977 and the kitchen and bathrooms have some 70's vibes, but overall the house was great. The living room has large windows looking out at the ocean. The back deck has a grill and fire pit and multiple options for outdoor eating/relaxing. The communication and check-in process were easy.

The views are simply amazing. The outdoor table was dirty so we cleaned it before dining al fresco one evening. We like to cook on vacation and the kitchen appliances could use a refresh. This was overall a stunning getaway.
