Beach Hideaway!

Come and stay at my Hideaway where our beautiful white sandy beach awaits you minutes away. Enjoy the spacious balcony and watch the dolphins with your morning coffee or afternoon beverages. Relax in my little piece of paradise after exploring the unique peaceful area.

We are nestled in a serene setting with action spots close by to enjoy such as the famous Florabama and the fabulous Naval Museum. We are blessed with wonderful restaurants, boating and shopping all for your pleasure. I've produced a notebook listing all the restaurants and activities in the area to help you decide.

Our complex has 2 pools and 2 hot tubs plus BBQs and picnic tables along with a water front gazebo. For rainy days a stocked library and a board game room are available. We are a gated complex with free parking and elevators for your comfort. No streets to cross for beach access, a 3 minute walk.

After a busy day the luxurious king size bed will be heaven on earth. Not to mention the spa like on suite bathroom that features a walk in lovely shower for you to enjoy. The kiddos will also welcome their private bunks located in a cozy hallway alcove.

My aim is to share my Hideaway with my guests and to see them every year. The Beach is Waiting!

Excellent location and view. Very cordial owner who was very willing to provide whatever assistance was needed. Upon initial entry, there was a smell of old cigarettes. Guest WiFi extremely slow. Television set-up barely functional. Needs upgrading. Owner’s daughter came by to make the system work, but once it was shut down for the night, it never worked properly again. The condo could’ve been a bit cleaner. Carpet under the coffee table wasn’t clean. It had visible food crumbs. Towels were old and thin. They looked clean, but when used, smelled musty. This condo could easily be worth the money spent, but needs a touch more TLC. For the 5 star price, it needs to be a 5 star experience. 3 out of 5 stars, but only because of the location and the very sweet and courteous host.

Clean, ocean view from L-shaped balcony, well-equipped with everything we needed. Fran was an awesome hostess from meeting us when we arrived to help us get acclimated to follow-up after we left. View of pool and hot tub was amazing. It really is a quiet peaceful hideaway near National Seashore with lots of birds and hardly any people on the beach. Very well maintained property and beautifully decorated unit. We would love to live here and cannot wait to return!

Great stay in Perdido Key

We had a great stay at Fran's neat top floor condo in Perdido Key. The condo was just as described, very comfortable, spacious and unbelievably well stocked. Fran was out of town, but her daughter Kim met us, showed us around the unit and then checked on us later to make sure everything was okay. She was great to work with and super helpful. The unit itself was immaculate, and the balcony was really nice...peaceful and relaxing. The entire condo was very well kept with a nice pool, hot tub and patio area. It was a short walk (maybe 150 yards total) to the beach with a private access. The beach was really quiet and peaceful compared to some of those closer to Orange Beach/Gulf Shores. We found several great places to eat just across the bridge including the Salty Pearl, The Point, and Hub Stacey's. You won't go wrong with any of these...low key but great food and service. We definitely plan to go back and will stay at the Top Floor Hideaway again.

Peaceful Vacation

Enjoyed being on the 4th floor where it was quiet with nice views from the deck. The condo was adequate for two people with lots of extras. Fran was helpful and easy to work with. Great location.

Hideaway in paradise

Fran was amazing to work with, getting us set up on renting her AMAZING, get away ! Beautiful place, has lots of items u need in the kitchen , there was nothing she doesn’t think to make you feel right at home! My husband and I couldn’t be more happy with everything she has available. if you choose to look this place up , you won’t be disappointed!! Little bit of heaven for sure!

Great location, very clean property.

Small ocean view from balcony and short easy walk to the beach. Condo was well equipped with everything needed for our stay and was one of the cleanest condos we have stayed in. Would definitely stay in this property again.

Beautiful!

Perfect place!!! Great location and incredible host! The property is pristine and has everything you need! Perdido Key is so lovely and chill! We were greeted by our host and she had wonderful communication. I hope we get a chance to visit again because it was a very special place 😊

Exceeded Expectations!

Fran is amazing! 25 stars isn’t enough! First thing if you go to other places and they all use Roku and you’re a YouTubeTv subscriber Fran has YouTubeTV available it was college baseball time! WiFi spot on, views spot on, close to everything spot on, recommendations spot on! Fran has thought of everything and covered everything! Enjoy your stay as we enjoyed ours tremendously! I need brand of mattress as well, very comfortable! #uswebworx loved the stay! Lillian’s Pizza and Beach Buzz were our favorite restaurants! Lasagna at Beach Buzz wow! Garlic Knots at Lillian’s worth it! Remember to tip your servers! Just book it! God Bless!

Just a great place to stay

This place was so great! Fran is a wonderful host. The place was in excellent condition, close proximity to the beach, not crowded at all when we were there( first week of June). Perdido Key is a quiet area with nice people and good restaurants close by. Also only about 30 min drive to the Naval Air Museum which is a must see!

Nice homebase for our family to enjoy the beach

My family with my wife and two kids stayed at Fran's place for a week of fun in the sun late winter 2024. We had stayed in another unit in the same building a couple years back and overall had a good experience and mostly knew what to expect. Fran communicated with us before our arrival that she would meet us at the condo to give us a quick intro tour and to hand off the keys since the keyless entry wasn't working. This was quick and easy and Fran was very nice, helpful, and knowledgeable about the area and gave some good local restaurant recommendations. Later in the week Fran contacted me that her friend would come and install a new keyless entry lock which was welcome and worked well upon our arrival back to the unit. Overall the unit was clean and in great condition. A couple small unclean items we found included a microwave food cover that had some oil and food pieces on it and the coffee pot still had some coffee in it. Not a huge deal and everything else was clean. The king bed was very comfortable. The bunk beds had older mattresses and thinner pillows but kids slept well. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to cook our meals all week long. The best parts about this property are the on-site pool and hot tub that our kids loved, the proximity to miles of seemingly endless white sand beach, and being a good central location between the things to do and places to eat. Thank you Fran for the hospitality and knowledge and letting us stay at your condo!

Amazing!

First off Fran was right there when we arrived and made us feel very welcomed.The condo is very nice and the balcony was a real bonus. The pool was right below us but still very peaceful. The beach was a short 3min walk. The community was nice not a ton of people everywhere. If you wanted to go somewhere like Pensacola or Orange Beach its just a short drive. Can't wait to come back!

Perdido perfection

The condo was perfect for our needs. Location was great, very well equipped and stylishly decorated. The extended balcony was the best for breakfast, afternoon reading and evening cocktails. Host was very quick to respond and had many recommendations for dining and attractions. Comfortable king bed is much appreciated. We look forward to returning.

Great for small families

Fran's place was perfect for us. Very comfortable and well-provisioned with towels and dishes and such. The condo felt very homey. The balcony is huge and overlooks the pool, but being on the 4th floor pool noise was not a factor. Neither the pool not the beach were ever very crowded. Would love to visit again.

We give 5 stars!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here. The condo is more beautiful in person than in the pictures. The king size bed is very comfortable. We loved the quite low key neighborhood. The beach was a very short walk away. There is plenty of space for everyone to spread across the sand without being within elbow reach. We would love to stay here again. Highly recommended.
