The Space:

This attractive second-floor oceanfront Windswept Villa has beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean, a private deck, and a wonderfully inviting interior. No first cup of morning coffee is as memorable as one enjoyed before a slow ocean sunrise on your own private deck. Get your day going by preparing a hearty pancake breakfast in the full kitchen then enjoy it over the handsome wooden dining table. Eat up, because the beach is only a few steps away, and a whole day of sun and sand awaits! Challenge a friend to a game of tennis on the shared court, explore the dunes and lush vegetation that surround the complex, and finish the day with a nice glass of wine and some good conversation while you relax in the deck chairs. Later, spread out in the spacious living area to enjoy a good show on the flatscreen cable TV or catch up on your favorite novel.



What’s nearby:

Kiawah Island features over 10 miles of shoreline perfect for long night walks, mountain bikes, and ocean adventure. Bicyclists aren't limited to the beach either - you'll have access to over 30 miles of paved paths and trails that wind along the island. Bohiket Marina, an easy 5 miles away, is ready to offer you lots of fun things to do like local seasonal events, dolphin tours, chartered fishing boats, and a fantastic marketplace with all kinds of neat attractions and activities. Freshfields Village, a super popular Kiawah hotspot, is only four miles away and features lots of little boutiques, shopping spots, fresh produce, and even local events like wine tastings, art exhibits, and live music. And if you want some great day trip adventure, there's no place better than historic downtown Charleston, just 25 miles away. Extremely clean, very conveniently located, plenty of extras, and outstanding host. The ocean view was great with easy access. The check-in process was very easy. The property was exactly as advertised. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return again soon.

This was a wonderful place to stay in Kiawah. Steps from the beach, easy check in/out process, very responsive host. Would stay again if returning to Kiawah in the future.

The stay was great. Overall clean and quiet. The only issue was the water in the refrigerator didn’t dispense and there was a little mold in the master bathroom shower.

We checked in to the unit which was seamless as we have been to Kiawah Island several times before and the process is without flaw. The unit was extremely clean, smelled extremely fresh and all of the towels and sheets had been cleaned that day. We were very happy with the location and we are right on the beach and all of the appliances work perfectly and there was plenty of room inside the unit. The TV availability was excellent and the beds were very comfortable. The location of the unit was Central to all important events on the island

Nice unit with a great ocean view! Everything was as advertised and clean. Any question we asked was answered promptly and the upfront information provided was very thorough. Our family of 4 had a great time. Plenty of space. Can’t beat the proximity to the beach.It was kind of odd that there is no ability to use the pool that is basically right across the road, but I guess that’s the way it goes.We would definitely consider staying again if we come back to Kiawah!

2 bedroom ocean front unit - not much more needs to be said. Great ocean view, very short walk to the beach. The unit was clean and comfortable, easily accessible.would stay there again.

Great location with excellent beach view and quick access to the beach with the walkway located next to the building. Unit was clean, nice furniture, well decorated and plenty of room for 4 people. Plenty of parking, quiet area and a close walk to the "Nest" which is one of the marketplaces to get pretty much anything you need. Can't wait to return!
