The Space:

Nestled in the heart of Isle of Palms, this fantastic home offers you a serene and rejuvenating escape from the ordinary. This stunning home away from home is located in the picturesque Wild Dunes Resort on the Isle of Palms, just outside Charleston. Enjoy an unbeatable location within walking distance of the beach and near must-visit locations and attractions, including Sullivan's Island Lighthouse, Boone Hall Plantation & Gardens, Charleston Music Hall, and Historic Downtown Charleston. The Isle of Palms Marina is just over a mile away. For even more options, the charming town of Mt. Pleasant is less than seven miles away.



This newly renovated chic home enjoys a spacious deck with tree-lined views, inviting loungers where you can unwind and sunbathe, a hammock under the trees, an outdoor dining area, and a gas grill - just the perfect setting for summertime barbecues! Inside, you will discover a chic and natural design accented with Southern touches throughout. The bright and airy open floor plan makes it easy to connect the living room, dining area, and kitchen. Wind down in the welcoming living room, featuring numerous comfy sofas and a TV, or surprise your loved ones with delicious homemade meals prepared in the spacious, well-appointed kitchen complete with modern stainless steel appliances. Additional perks include a washer/dryer, private outdoor pool, outdoor shower, beach chairs/blankets, towels, bags, toys, and games.

Check-in time: 4:00 PM.

Check-out time: 10:00 AM.

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Guests will not have access to resort amenities.



**Notice:** Beach Renourishment (Mid-August through Mid-September 2026)

Sand renourishment work is scheduled for a section of the beach during this time. While the beach will remain open and fully accessible, guests may see construction activity or equipment in certain areas nearby. The home is located outside of the primary work zone, and beach access remains available for guest enjoyment.

We loved this house. Only complaint was with the cleanliness of the outside spaces due to all the trees surrounding the property. We had a question on beach chairs and never received our answer from the property manager. These are minor complaints and overall loved this rental home.

April on Isle of Palms is a beautiful time of year, but with warmer temperatures and seasonal winds, the surrounding trees do tend to shed more heavily. While our team works hard to keep exterior areas maintained, nature can certainly make that a moving target during the spring months, and your feedback helps us stay mindful of that. We also wanted to clarify that our guest experience team did respond to your message regarding beach chairs. For future reference, the home itself does not provide beach chairs, but there are several local rental companies nearby that make it easy to rent them should you return in the future. Rest and retreat

This home is so beautifully decorated, the neighborhood is magical and beach access is easy. We had the best time with my parents and three kiddos!

House was very nice but for the thermostat. We went on line to figure out how to change the temp and still had difficulty. Location was great. Amenties were very good.

The location and layout of this house is great! A quick walk to the beach was really nice, a left out of the drive way and short 5 min walk to a public access. The house was not as clean as we’d like. Particularly, the bath showers, furniture in the main living area and common rugs were in real need of a deep cleaning. The house also had a number of things in disrepair. Peeling wall paper, damaged walls and exterior rot outside the kitchen door on the wall. The wine fridge had a broken handle which resulted in our choice not to use it. Overall, it gave a vibe of a property that is not well maintained. We communicated concern about the cleanliness of the house and got good response to have both the grill and pool cleaned so we could enjoy those. They offered to send a cleaning crew back for the bathrooms but we chose to clean those ourselves as we wanted the indoor privacy after having settled in. The kitchen would also benefit from some updated skillets and additional flatware. We made the best of it and love the IOP and surrounding areas.

Lovely home

The house was beautiful and spacious. We had 9 people in our party and there was plenty of room for all. The only issue was getting into the house. We were given 2 lock codes and neither worked. We found keys eventually and used those. The house was very clean but the refrigerator smelled like fish. All in all we were very happy with the property.

The house was generally clean but the area rugs were very stained and dirty. There were no empty cabinets in the kitchen for food storage. A lot of rotting wood around the exterior of the home. Some of the beds were not comfortable. We had to get the host to replace the frying pans because the ones supplied were in bad condition.

Beautifully decorated home with everything we needed for our stay. The house is very spacious, and the beds were comfortable. The trail to the beach is right down the driveway to the left, making it an easy walk to the beach.The backyard is very private with lots of trees, yet still gets plenty of sun. If I had to suggest one improvement, it would be adding a couple of larger frying pans and maybe a Keurig.We would rent this home again in a minute!
