The Space:
Recently redecorated, this Sea Cabin villa is quaint and cozy, but also offers every feature that you might need! Utilize the private balcony to soak up the beautiful ocean views, walk down to take a dip in the community pool, or take advantage of the private fishing pier. This family-friendly getaway also offers great and direct beach access for the beachgoers of the group and shared grills–don't hesitate to channel your grilling master and surprise your group with deliciously grilled meals.

You’re located in the heart of the Isle of Palms shopping and dining district when staying in the Sea Cabin Villas. Walk to food, drinks, shops, live music venues, and of course – the beach! The Isle of Palms County Park is right next to your vacation rental and there you will find a convenient picnic area, boardwalks, sand volleyball, children's play area, snack bar, and plenty of other facilities to truly enjoy the beach area. If you're looking for live entertainment, make sure to visit the Crabpot Players or A Charleston Harpist, which are less than one mile away and two miles away respectively. Hop in the car and drive only 13 miles to experience the history and rich culture of downtown Charleston.

At the end of the day, get comfortable on the new sofa and recliner, and rinse off under a warm stream of water in the brand-new walk-in shower.

Great weekend getaway

Great little place for a weekend getaway. Everything was as described. Perfect location to be near all the great things to explore in Charleston and the beach!

Disappointing

The ad called it stunning - it was not. It was extremely outdated, had only a full size bed when it was advertised to have a Queen bed, had tiny bunks with styrofoam mattresses (my husband had to sleep there since we can't sleep in only a full size bed together), and the tv had no cable connection. We loved the location, but would never stay there again.

The place was great. We had a blast. Can walk to everything you need.

Loved the room. Property was clean. We only had one problem - the television did not work. I sent a text to 843-882-5517, per the instructions but never heard back from anyone. It wasn't a big deal for us, but it may be for someone else, so you may want to go check it out.

Great location to Beach

Can't beat location to beaches,pool and restaurants, you can access Harris Teeter by foot as well. The twin bunk beds are tiny and rather uncomfortable, we didn't use them. Good accommodations for a week.

Outdated but good location

The toilet and fridge didn’t work the first two days at the property. It wasn’t clean at all when we arrived so we spent the first day cleaning. I was back and forth via text with a Vasca team member who assured my management would be in contact with me it never happened. We asked for the air filter on the furnace to be changed because we were waking up with breathing issue and it was filthy, that also never happened. The condo is outdated which we don’t mind but the toilet and fixtures in the bathtub need to be changed badly. The location to the beach, and pool were great however I wouldn’t stay at this property again, which is sad because this was my kids first time at the beach.

IOP stay

We had the best week on IOP! This condo is the perfect beach front location. Pool was chilly but the kids loved it. The condo was the perfect size for our family with small kids. The unit itself could use some cosmetic updates. And maybe a mattress pad for the pull out couch.

Property was very clean and Very well equiped. Awesome location. It was very comfortable for 2 people. Maybe not so much for 4-6 though. No complaints and would rent again (for2-3 people) in a heartbeat.

Fall beach trip

Loved that the linens and towels were provided and bed already made. The second floor is my pick from now on. The rental had everything you need.

Great location, could use some updates.

Great location, was happy with the price. I would draw attention to the shower as the knobs need some help. The master bed, I was scared to sleep in it for fear that I would fall through it. The couch had a weird texture to it, I couldn’t tel if it was supposed to feel like that or if it was dirty. All in all though, despite these findings, not bad for the price. Thanks for opening your property to us. I would recommend this property maybe for a younger family (with younger kids). Great family vacation spot.

The property was clean & the staff were so nice. It was a very family friendly atmosphere. The room was everything we expected it to be. The ocean was right there in view from the balcony. Overall an amazing vacation spot! 10/10 definitely recommend.

We got a door code & our unit needed keys & office closed before couls get changed. Long wait

On line process ok but never got answer to questions sent to company nor able to talk to an actual person for answers. Tub in unit had draining issues. There were not enough towels allotted for weekend.-only enough for 1 shower/ person. Need to block light coming in bedroom window better-need better darkening shade or blinds. Water was only like warm.

Great location, but needs attention

We loved the location right on the beach and within walking distance of excellent restaurants and grocery. Unit size was ideal for 2 adults or family with small children. However, the unit was not clean: dirty sheets on hide-a-bed, trash on balcony, filthy ceiling fans and stained bedding in master bedroom. The screen door to balcony was broken. Getting check-in information was challenging, especially since we were arriving late, but telephone support was great. We loved where we were, but would hope for better maintenance.

Took our money

Took our money and then we never heard from them. We never heard from the property manager as to how to pick up the key it was the day that we were ready to depart from the airport. Multiple emails were sent prior to date of rental. No correspondent emails were returned. When it cam down to hours before our flight, we had to cancel because we weren’t sure if we had a place to stay that night. Absolutely no communication was available we were unable to get a phone number for anyone at the property or managing the property. We are still waiting for our refund for the trip. We also lost money on the excursions that we had already pre-paid for. We were very disappointed in the management of this property.

This is a great location. I thought it was billed as ground floor which it is not— 2nd floor so not too bad. Other than that it was a good place.
