Beachwalk Condominiums is a quiet, oceanfront complex located in the heart of Pine Knoll Shores. Perfect for any family, the convenient location allows you to do something different every day if you choose. Sit in the sand and take in the scenic beauty of the Atlantic Ocean, take a dip in the outdoor pool, or take a short drive to any of the amazing local attractions. The quiet simplicity of Pine Knoll Shores will have you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated in no time. Located on the third floor, condo 303 is easily accessed by an elevator and offers a gorgeous oceanfront view. The spacious living room with a large flat-panel TV and DVD player provides comfortable seating for everyone. The living room also provides access to a glorious oceanfront balcony where you may want to do a little sunbathing!

The generously equipped and modern kitchen with granite countertops makes feeding the family a breeze. You can gather everyone around the dining table with seating for six and enjoy a long-needed family meal together or a morning on the oceanfront balcony with a freshly brewed cup of coffee. Having three bedrooms and three baths means there is more than enough room for everyone. The grand principal bedroom offers the luxury of a king bed for a peaceful night's rest. You will also find a flat-panel TV and DVD player, private access to the oceanfront balcony, and a private bath. The family will be able to choose from two other bedrooms. One bedroom provides a queen bed and also provides private access to the hall bath. The third bedroom offers two twin beds and a private full bath.


This smoke-free condo offers the added amenity of a washer and dryer. This means you don't have to wait to wash everything after you get home! And the free WiFi will keep the tech in the family happy! And just to make your stay a little bit easier, we will supply all your bed, bath, and kitchen linen. Your beds will be made when you arrive. It's your time to sit back, relax and enjoy the beach!

The kitchen is lacking pots and pans. The carpet needs replacing in the bedrooms. The cleaning crew good do a better job. The location is fantastic and the view is amazing.

The property is well appointed and some of the furnishings are showing wear and tear, but it was very clean and everything worked! The plugs in the kitchen were under the upper counter and that was ok but not great. The view of the beach is super! And evenings on the porch were a treat. Also great was just one small set of stairs from the pool to the boardwalk (ramp) made loading on to and off beach easy. We would definitely rent this unit again.

We have rented places up and down the island and this has become our very favorite place. Beachwalk is a great oceanfront location with easy access to the beach. This unit is nicely decorated and equipped. It has a beautiful ocean view from the living area.

Home away from home

We loved our time here, it just wasn’t long enough! My most favorite time was sitting on the balcony drinking coffee as the sun was rising. It had everything we needed even down to enough trash bags, dish/ laundry detergent which I’ve always had to bring with us. We are planning on returning. A few of my family members wished it could be a Saturday-Saturday rental instead of Sunday-Sunday because they like having a day at home before returning to work.

FABULOUS VIEW!!!

Beautiful place, master bed was comfortable (not so much the other two rooms), nicely updated...we had maintenance issues, but VACASA was amazing ~ especially Summer. She tried to address every issue and was very responsive (Kyrah and Brittany were very helpful too!) I was very pleased with how Vacasa stocked the place with extra TP, towels and trash bags and brought us what we needed to be as comfortable as possible during our stay. I would love to be able to come back and give this place a FIVE star rating!!!

Great place

Spacious place with amazing views of the ocean that can’t be beat. Huge kitchen fully equipped with every device and utensil one may need. Plenty of extra pillows, towels and linens. Bathrooms are very clean, showers have great water pressure. The place is stacked with various board games super useful on a rainy day. The only thing that needs to be changed is the carpet in the master bedroom: it is stained and looks old. Also the place would benefit if some pieces of furniture were removed from the living room- it is a bit crowded with too many chairs. Overall a great experience nevertheless. Would come back any time.

My family and I had a wonderful vacation here. Great view of the ocean every morning with my cup of coffee on the large balcony. The kitchen had every thing we needed to cook some of our meals. The water pressure was great for showers and baths. The wood blinds in my son’s room made it great for bed time to keep a lot of the light out. The only concern I had was the screen door in the front door because it was difficult to open when you shut it all the way, we ended up leaving it cracked for the rest of the trip but the main door locked so it was not a problem. The key was difficult to open and lock door but you could also just use the key pad so it wasn’t a problem at all. I don’t know if they do this every stay but there was travel sized shampoo and conditioner in some bathrooms. Great place to stay if you plan on going to the beach or pool and relaxing. Easy access to both pool and beach. Beds were comfortable and we never heard too much noise from our neighbors which was great because we have a toddler

Great beach location

This is a 3rd floor condo on an excellent part of PKS beach with super easy access to the water and a pool (no one was ever in it). The building itself is not the prettiest but the location, quiet and lack of crowds cannot be beat. The condo is roomy and has a nice balcony and everything you would need for a week at the beach including a smart TV and some books. We ate many of our meals at the condo and there was plenty of dishes, utensils, cups, etc. The management company provided a starter pack of soap, trash bags, paper products, dish soap and more. We picked up what we needed at the Food Lion. Make sure you bring beach towels (none that we could find) and extra paper products. Our only complaint was that the mattresses left much to be desired...in fact I will need to see a Dr this week. But the linens and bedding were fine. Overall, it is a great location on one of the prettiest stretches of the beach.

Beware Mildew and Storm Water Damage

A strong smell of mildew permeated the unit upon arrival. Doors in bedroom and living room are badly damaged and need replacing. When it rained, water poured in and soaked the carpet in the king bedroom, and flooded the floor in the living area. We used every towel and beach towel we had to try to stay ahead of the flooding but we just couldn't keep up. Much of our vacation time was spent trying to soak up water and wash/dry the towels. We notified maintenance during the storm and someone came the next day tried to repair one door with duct tape! Carpet in the king bedroom is very old and badly stained. This could be a really great unit with proper repairs and upgrades. We wouldn't stay here again as it is though.

We have followed up with our local team regarding the issues you encountered during your stay and they are currently investigating the source of the mildew smell and addressing the leak, which appears to have originated from the damaged door. Maintenance is in the process of repairing the doors, and we’ve noted the need to replace the broken hardware. The carpet in the king bedroom is old, and we will assess its condition and discuss possible updates with the homeowner.
