We’re local families who fell in love with Grindstone Lake and transformed the historic Waterfront Restaurant into the Hayward Waterfront Estate — a place for families and friends to gather, celebrate, and relax. Our goal was to preserve the charm of this beloved landmark while creating a fun, comfortable space for new memories. We hope you enjoy every sunset, swim, and s ’more as much as we do!
