Enjoy a week at the beach in this beautifully decorated three bedroom, three-and-one-half bath townhome, located only one and a half miles from the beach and east of Route 1. The location provides easy access to the Beach, outlet, food shopping, and restaurants via the nearby Dart Bus, bicycle, walking, or a short drive. The owner provides a city parking pass for guest use. All three spacious bedrooms have a private, en-suite bathroom, and there is outside space on each level: a private patio on the ground level, a screened-in porch on the second, main level, and a sundeck adjacent to the master suite on the third level. The community pool and fitness center are available to guests, along with gated access to the Breakwater Junction bike and walking trail connecting Lewes and Rehoboth Beach. The driveway has room for two cars, and overflow parking is available right behind the house in the parking lot shared with Outback Steakhouse. The garage contains beach chairs and toys for guest use, and there is plenty of room to store bikes or strollers during your stay. Linens are not included, but guests can rent them from the property manager. The owner has a non-shedding dog, but pets are not permitted with guests during the rental season. Your reservation includes a nightly Damage Waiver fee (plus tax, if applicable), which covers accidental damage to the property or its contents—such as furniture, appliances, or fixtures—up to $3,000, as long as the incident is reported to the host before checkout.
This fee replaces a traditional security deposit and offers additional peace of mind during your stay. Guests can choose to opt out of the Damage Waiver and instead provide a refundable security deposit if they prefer. The $249.99 processing fee is non-refundable if you need to cancel your reservation.
