The condo was as expected, a great & comfortable space, wonderful location. We especially loved the access to 2 beach charis and 2 boogies boards, that really helps our family have enjoyable beach time. However I was extremely disatisfied with the customer service we recieved as renters. We were just about to arrive (6pm) after a long day of travel, ready to cook dinner and unload the car to enjoy the evening when we were told the condo was not clean yet (check in was 4pm). So, now we were in a holding pattern. We were tired and hungry and wanted to get to bed promptly but instead we had to wait. We finally got into the place at 7:15pm. I understand mistakes are made, but at this point I feel we should have been offerend a cleaning fee refund or a dinner stipend, something to acknowledge the inconvience. However, nothing, we just had to wait and adjust our night. Then when I inquired about there being only 1 beach towel and no blankets/comforter for the sofa bed, the response was pretty much it is what it is. So, we made due with only 1 beach towel and no blankets for the sofa bed for 3 nights. In my experience at that point the missing items would have been delivered to us instead of us having to make due. This unit needs to be inventoried and re-organized as things are not what they once were. Last, we asked for a late check-out (12 instead of 11)-- thinking that since we had to go around the cleaners for check in they could be flexible and go around us for cehck-out, but were told no. The unit was great but once rented, you are on your own. The customer service was very disappointing, we were just nights and money, not people.
