Best location in Ptown! I’ve stayed all over town and this location is ideal- close to the action but tucked away in the quiet west end. For the vibe, picture a warm combination of classic Cape Cod style with clean, contemporary upgrades to the finishes- not an easy combo to pull off but done so well here. There’s a gorgeous old brick hearth, hardwood floors, high-gloss walls, and a rich, green subway tile throughout the whole bath. You’re going to love it- plus the water views out the front windows get you excited for the day while you’re still having your morning coffee. Easy-to-contact owner who leaves lots of extra touches you’ll appreciate. Forgot your contact lens case? Need sunscreen for boy beach or an umbrella for the rain? You’ll find all of that here for you. I even forgot some clothes in the dryer after we checked out and he mailed them to me! This property is set back off the street through a white picket fence with an absolutely stunning perennial New England garden leading up to the front door so if you’re outside, be prepared for everyone who walks past to stop and tell you how gorgeous the house is. One of the best under-the-radar restaurants in town is Sal’s and it’s just across the street. It’s basically impossible to get a reservation so I recommend just walking over and seeing if there’s any time they can fit you in. Take the time slot no matter when! Easily one of the top places I have stayed in town. We can’t recommend it enough and we will be back.
