Sleeps 4 guests comfortably with a Queen bed in the master bedroom and a Queen sofa sleeper in the living room. This newly remodeled condo is located on the bottom floor, just steps from the free Red Line shuttle that takes you directly to Mammoth Mountain lifts and around town.

Cozy mountain retreat with wood-burning fireplace, oversized kitchen counter with dining for 4 + 4 bar stools, private bath in the master bedroom, and flat screen TVs. High-speed WiFi (SSID: flynn-38 | Password: mammoth123) and free firewood available outside the door.

Access: Keyless entry with code. Code will be provided in your booking confirmation. Keys for laundry room and jacuzzis are hanging by the front door – please return them after use.

Sofa Bed: Queen sofa sleeper in living room (extra pillows and blankets available in closets).
Amenities: Feel free to use coffee, tea, and bathroom amenities provided in the kitchen and bathrooms. Firewood is available outside the front door for the wood-burning stove.
No Pets: Strictly no pets allowed.
No Smoking: No smoking inside the unit or on the balcony/patio.
No Parties: No parties or events. Quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Laundry: Coin-op laundry facilities available. Keys are provided – please return after use.
