For your next family beach vacation or getaway with friends, this bright and airy Lincoln City vacation rental is the perfect home away from home! Just one block from the beach and close to everything in town, this Oregon Coast stunner makes a fabulous home base for your beach explorations.



You can't ask for a better location in Lincoln City - just off the beach, close to everything in town, and just a 10-minute walk from Devils Lake State Park. You can also walk to great cafes, restaurants, shops, and even a movie theater!



This spacious, sun-filled vacation home puts the main living area on the top floor to take advantage of the views. With lots of big windows, vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace, a cable TV with a DVD player, a full kitchen, and wide-plank wood floors throughout, the open great room is the heart of the house.



Sink into the sofa with a mug of cocoa and enjoy a good book by the fire or a great family movie. The chef in your group will appreciate the beautiful, light-filled kitchen, which is fully equipped for cooking your group's favorite meals. There's also a gas barbecue on the deck, so you can sear some steaks and take in the beautiful views and fresh sea air.



With three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and one half-bath, this home has plenty of room. Get a good night's sleep in the master bedroom, which features a handsome king-size bed and a lovely full bathroom. The other two bedrooms are located on the home's ground floor. One has a queen bed and the other features a full-size bunk bed with an additional full-size trundle underneath. You'll find a TV in every bedroom, and all of the bathrooms in the house are nicely finished and up-to-date.



The home includes a washer and dryer and WiFi for you convenience. Up to two family dogs are welcome too, as long as they're under 25 lbs. An additional nightly fee will apply. Three parking spaces are available.

Stay at the Yellow Rose House!

We recently stayed at the Yellow Rose with 4 adults and 2 children. The location is convenient to shopping, restaraunts and activities including a short walk to the beach. The best part was walking in the door and having the fresh smell of cleanliness. We visit Lincoln City every year and will make this house a tradition to stay at.

great stay

the property was in great condition and the cleaning crew did a great job making it ready for my stay. the only issue was the hot tub was left unlocked and wasn't cleaned properly but when i called the rental management, they were prompt on coming out and fixing the problem and didn't even know they were there to replace the filter and a quick treatment of the water, withing a couple hours the hot tub was in perfect order, the beach access was close roughly a 5 min walk or 30ish second drive, the access point was a area to drive onto the beach, over all the stay was great, the management office was quick to respond after they got ahold of the local team (out of office on weekends so just call the 800 number on the front above the garage) i would recommend that if you are ADA or have issues with stairs, rent another property but otherwise definitly 5 stars for service and response!

Excellent property!

The only issue I found want the tub in the master bedroom up stairs was clogged. Other than that, this property was perfect and I will definitely rent again!

The Yellow Rose Is a Conveniently Located Home, great for families and small pets!

Our second stay at this home and find it to be well suited for most. We had 5 teenage kids with us. So the walk to the beach to stoke up a fire and make smores was convenient. You can walk to the beach within 5 minutes or drive your car right on to the beach to haul all your beach accessories (ice chest, chairs, towels, wood, etc.).

This was a sweet, clean, fully equipped home.

We enjoyed this house and they were pet friendly! I wish the backyard was fenced, but with the beach so close by, it was no trouble to exercise the pooches. The house stayed nice and warm upstairs and it was great to have a garage, driveway, jacuzzi, and washer and dryer!!

Longtime girlfriend getaway

The Yellow Rose House was a nice home. Very centrally located for Lincoln City. Very clean and comfortable. Nice to have 2.5 baths. The windows across the living and dining were great our only thing was the dining chairs took away from the windows. GREAT stay would go back in a heartbeat.Did not have the time to use hot tub, but the deck was very nice.

Met all our needs

This house is older but has updates that make it comfortable. It was easy to quickly relax and feel welcome. I would definitely consider renting again since everything was very seamless. The house is in a nice, quiet neighborhood and very short walk around the corner to the ocean. Although we didn’t go anywhere to eat in the area, there are restaurants within short walking distance. Plenty of space to park 2 cars in the driveway. Lots of extras we didn’t have the opportunity to try but we hope to come back during a warmer season someday soon!

Beautiful house

The beach house was wonderful and a great location. The only unpleasant thing was the rude neighbor. His dog barked all day and night and he came over to the back area around 930pm and asked what time we had to wake up and leave and told us we better be quiet. We were just talking and laughing and not being loud at all.
