It is only 0.3 miles from the home to the One Seagrove beach access point - a short walk or even shorter bike ride. Although well hidden on a quiet street with no through traffic, this home is steps away from some excellent local restaurants. Just around the corner is the newly-opened Greenway Station which also offers exceptional dining locations and retail stores.

🚗 Parking: The home comes with a two-car garage as well as ample driveway parking for six cars.
🕐 Check-In Policy: Please do not arrive before your scheduled check-in time.
🚫 No Pets & No Smoking: This home has a strict no-pet policy. Unauthorized pets will result in immediate eviction and loss of rental fees, with the guest responsible for any damages. The home is also strictly non-smoking.

*The golf cart is included as a complimentary amenity for your enjoyment. While we inspect it regularly and do our best to keep it in working order, occasional issues can occur. For this reason, refunds or discounts are not provided if a golf cart is unavailable during your stay.

**Pool heating can be added to your booking for an additional fee of $50/night. Please contact our team prior to your stay to have this arranged.
