This stunning 8-bedroom, 8-bath retreat comfortably hosts up to 24 guests and is designed with the kind of style that would make any HG TV fan nod in approval. Step through the front door and you’re greeted by an open, light-filled first floor featuring a sleek living area, oversized flat-screen TV, and expansive windows that draw the sunshine in. The living room flows seamlessly into the dining space and gourmet kitchen, complete with a massive center island, beverage center, ice maker, and plenty of storage for every appetite. Two of the home’s six King suites—each with its own ensuite bathroom—are located on this level for easy access.



Head up to the second floor and you’ll find four additional King suites, each with a private ensuite and its own entrance to a covered balcony—perfect for morning coffee or a bit of quiet after a day at the beach. This floor also includes a lounge area with a pool table, smart TV, wet bar, and a convenient laundry room.



The third floor is where the kids’ vacation dreams come true. Two spacious bunk rooms—each outfitted with two queen-over-queen bunks, ensuite baths, and Smart TVs—provide plenty of space and fun. Both rooms open to private viewing decks boasting Gulf views. Just down the hall, the dedicated game room features a 60-game arcade system, TV, and two extra twin beds for bonus hangout space.



Step outside, and the fun continues. Enjoy the large heated pool, gather under the lighted pergola, or grill out on the covered balcony with luxury seating. And because exploring is half the adventure, guests also enjoy complimentary use of a golf cart (waiver required).



Beach access is just steps away, and you’re centrally located to all of Destin’s favorites—world-class golf, local boutiques, incredible restaurants, and family fun spots like Big Kahuna’s Water & Adventure Park, The Track, and Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park. Beach Towels: You will be provided with 12 luxurious, oversized beach towels during your stay with Beach Reunion at Kiddoboo Cottage.



BEACH CHAIRS: May be rented at the Hutchinson Beach Access through LDV Beach Service.

*Additional Beach Chairs: 4 canvas beach chairs and 2 umbrellas are at the home for guest use. (Located on a stand outside the home, please return them to the stand when not in use and do not leave them at the beach)



Electric Street-Legal Golf Cart Rentals: Beach Reunion offers 6 seat lithium battery Golf Carts for $100 a day. We offer a 10% discount to our guests. We have 2024 models and charging stations at the houses. Book your golf cart at BRLSV.com



Pool Heat: From October 1st - May 1st, the private pool can be heated for an additional $100/day or $700/week. Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay. Hot tub heat may be purchased for $50/day or $350/ week. Hot tub heat must be purchased for the entire stay.



VayKLife (Beach Equipment): You will receive up to $245 credit (based on length of stay) toward complimentary beach gear when you book this Beach Reunion home! Browse and select available gear to include paddleboards, kayaks, bikes, umbrellas and beach lounge chairs. All gear will be delivered upon arrival and picked up upon departure. Maximize your vacation time by setting up your rental equipment needs before you even leave the house!



Amenities: Each home will include a starter supply of the following amenities: Bathrooms: Massage Body Bar, Body Lotion, Shampoo, Conditioner, and Hand/Body Bar. Kitchen: Dish Sponge, Dishwasher Tablets, Liquid Dish Soap, and Laundry Tablets.

*Once this supply is used, you are responsible for providing your own items.

Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the home! About 3 to 5 days prior to guests arrival date an email for check-in will be sent to the email address on file. The email will contain everything about the home and information needed during your stay. All homes are keyless entry with a code made specific for each guest. All homes are self check-in. Standard check in time is at 3pm. We ask that guests do not attempt to go to the property unless given access before 3pm.

A quick walk from the sugar white sandy shore, the luxurious “Kiddoboo Cottage” vacation rental home is situated in a dynamic beach community of Crystal Beach. You are close to the large outdoor shopping mall, The Destin Commons. You are a short walk to a few quaint eateries and never far from the action.

With this home being so close to shopping and dinning, walking, renting bikes through coastal cruisers or golf carts, which we do offer rentals through our company will have you out and about seeing all the sites!

We do ask that within the first 24 hours of your arrival to your home, if you find anything that needs the services of our housekeeping staff members or our maintenance team members that you notify us here at the office directly. We like to ensure that everything during your stay with us is held to high standards, so if anything unforeseen does arise, we want to quickly dispatch the right people as soon as possible!
