Very nice condo. Could use more storage in the bedrooms. No dressers.

We had an amazing spring break stay here! The view alone is worth it—absolutely perfect for sunsets from the balcony every night.The location was so convenient, especially with teens. Being right across from the Horseshoe made it easy to get around, and everything felt safe and walkable for them. There’s so much right on property too—pool, playground, bike rentals, and Crabby Steve’s beach bar literally on the water, which was such a fun bonus.We usually rent a house, but this condo completely exceeded our expectations. The decor was beautiful, it felt clean and comfortable, and the view just made it all come together.Would absolutely stay here again.

We loved our stay with this host. The beds are comfortable, they also do not sleep hot (likely not memory foam). The living furniture is very comfortable - we watched a retro movie every night on our trip with our young adult children. Only small complaint would be about the stove. It took forever to heat a pan and we are people who cook more than go out. We have our favorite seafood market (Shrimpers) so we tend to buy groceries and make dinners. The kitchen is very well appointed with serving platters, cutting boards and cooking tools. Beach service was good and this particular area has a much less crowded beach than others. We stayed at High Pointe about 9 years ago for the first time & this resort has improved in the care of the facilities and amenities. Walmart Plus delivery works at this location as well - which was a bonus. We arrived late our first night and I had coffee/creamer etc delivered early the next morning.

We loved 42W at High Point! The location was perfect. We sat on the patio and watch the Rosemary Beach July 2nd fireworks, and then walked a short walk on the beach to watch the Alyse Beach July 4th fireworks. It was a short walk to the restaurants and shopping. The beach chair set up was perfect. It wasn't crowded at all. The condo was very clean, well maintained, and the decor was nice. The beds were very comfortable and all the appliances worked well. We wish we could have stayed longer. We will be back.
