• Detached ADU (5th bedroom): Accessible via exterior door only (not connected to the main house from inside). Features a spiral staircase, private kitchen, living area, and full bathroom. AC is available but controlled from the upstairs thermostat in the main house — guests in the ADU should coordinate with the main house for temperature adjustments.



Guests booking the full property have access to both units. Please plan accordingly for any guests staying in the ADU.
