This spacious 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom retreat blends classic beach-house charm, offering the ideal setting for family vacations, group gatherings, or a relaxing escape by the sea. Three of the five bedrooms feature private en-suite bathrooms, providing added comfort and convenience for guests. The remaining bedrooms are thoughtfully designed, making the home suitable for larger groups while still ensuring everyone has ample space to unwind.
The property boasts two living rooms—perfect for spreading out, enjoying movie nights, or hosting conversations after a day in the sun. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, generous counter space, and everything you need to prepare meals with ease, whether you're cooking a big family breakfast or whipping up fresh seafood from a local market.
Step outside and enjoy the salty breeze on one of the home’s balconies or rinse off after the beach in the convenient outdoor shower. Best of all, beach access is just a short three-minute walk from the property, allowing you to be on the soft sand and at the water’s edge in moments.

WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.


PET POLICY:
Dogs are allowed with a $200 + tax nonrefundable pet fee per dog, with a 3 dog maximum.
Airbnb guests: This fee is NOT included in your final price. Please notify Spectrum Properties once your booking has been confirmed to add this pet fee(s).
VRBO guests: Guests can only add one dog to the reservation. If you are planning to bring more than one dog, please notify Spectrum Properties to add the additional pet fee(s).
Failure to let us know about your pet(s) could result in a $700 fine.
