This condominium is a few minutes from the Mega and DAC supermarkets. Additionally, if you like golf, the Hard Rock field is 2 miles away in Playacar.



In Ipana you will find a gym for when you don't have time to run on the beach or do yoga outdoors, a spa, bar, an exclusive pool for the smallest residents, another for adults and a semi-Olympic pool, underground parking, six elevators and green areas for our condominium owners, as well as a rooftop bar.
