The Space:

Welcome to this stunning midcentury retreat, a 1961 design by iconic architect William Krisel, nestled in the historic Racquet Club Estates. Lovingly updated to offer the perfect mix of nostalgic Palm Springs charm and modern luxury, this Boho Modern home is the ultimate desert getaway. With spacious accommodations (Beds: K, Q, K, K), it’s an inviting oasis for both relaxation and fun.



OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES

Step outside and be amazed by your very own private resort! The backyard offers spectacular mountain views and an abundance of space to unwind. Take a dip in the large pool with an integrated spa and tanning deck, gather around the cozy fire pit, or enjoy a delicious meal at the al fresco dining area. The opposite end of the yard features a covered living pavilion with seating for 12, a comfy outdoor lounge, a napping teepee, and a ping pong table—perfect for entertainment and relaxation. Surrounded by palm trees, this outdoor space is your peaceful escape for fun in the sun or starlit evenings.



INDOOR LIVING SPACES

Inside, this home effortlessly combines midcentury charm with sleek, modern updates. The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen areas flow seamlessly, creating the perfect space for group hangouts. Enjoy modern amenities like high-speed internet, climate control, flat-screen TVs in every bedroom, a washer/dryer, and a fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Stylish, cozy, and welcoming, Boho Modern is a beautiful place to relax and recharge.



SLEEPING QUARTERS

Each bedroom offers a peaceful retreat with plush hotel-quality mattresses, flat-screen TVs, and plenty of storage. The main house features a King Master Suite with an en-suite bath and direct access to the backyard, plus two additional guest rooms—one with a Queen bed and the other with a King—sharing a second bath. The detached guest casita is a serene escape with its own King Master Suite, private bath, living room, kitchenette, and direct access to the yard. The casita’s comfy living room, featuring two sofas, is perfect for extra guests or kids.



LOCATION

Boho Modern is ideally located in the heart of Racquet Club Estates, just a short stroll from Palm Canyon Drive's vibrant restaurants, shops, art galleries, and nightlife. With the airport, convention center, and casino nearby, you’re close to all the best Palm Springs attractions. Grocery stores, cafes, and casual dining spots are just around the corner, making everything you need easily accessible.



Extended Stay Policy:

Guests planning to stay for more than 28 days are required to submit a refundable deposit of $2,000. A utility allowance of $350 is provided; any charges exceeding this amount will be deducted from the security deposit, and corresponding bills will be provided for verification. Additionally, cleaning services will be scheduled every 15 days during your extended stay. Should you have any questions, please feel free to reach out.

-Pool Heating: Available for an additional fee of $100 per night; spa heating is complimentary.

-Pets: We gladly welcome dogs for a fee of $150, up to 2 pets maximum. Please note, that only dogs are allowed—no other pets allowed.

- Private resort-style yard: Mountain views, pool with waterfall spa, tanning deck, fire pit, BBQ, alfresco dining, outdoor pavilion, napping teepee, ping pong, and an outdoor shower.

- Sleeping Setup: 3 Bedrooms/2 Baths in the main house + a guest casita with it's own bath. Beds: K, Q, K, K (other, other).

Wondering about check-in & check-out times?

No problem! Check-in time is scheduled for after 4 PM local time, while check-out time is no later than 10 AM. We understand that you may have specific needs, so we offer the possibility of early check-in or late check-out upon request, subject to availability and for an additional fee. Do you have pool and spa?

Get ready to dive into a world of aquatic bliss! Our fabulous property features private salt water pools and soothing spas, perfect for indulging in ultimate relaxation and endless fun. If you're craving the perfect pool temperature, we've got you covered - simply request pool heating up to a toasty 88 degrees for an additional fee of $100 per night. Remember to make your request and payment at least 48 hours before your arrival to ensure a delightful pool experience. Please note that during the summer months, the pool won't be heated. Please keep in mind that all pool equipment does have a timer. ( example if you turn the spa on at 6AM and come home at 6PM the spa will have already turned off after 4 hours - every pool/spa has this safety feature.



Pool heating requires a minimum of two days; we do not offer heating services for just one day.



House Maintenance Schedule:

Pool Maintenance: Every Tuesday and Friday at 7am, our team will ensure the pool is in excellent condition for you to enjoy.

Gardening Maintenance: Every Thursday afternoon, our dedicated gardening team will tend to the outdoor spaces, keeping them beautiful and well-maintained.

Trash Day: Every Friday morning, please ensure that all trash is placed in the designated trash bins the night before. Please avoid blocking the gate as we have a roll-out service that will collect the bins.



By adhering to this maintenance schedule, we aim to provide a clean, safe, and enjoyable environment for your stay. Thank you for your cooperation.



WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS?

Experience the convenience of our fully furnished vacation rentals, designed to provide you with a comfortable and hassle-free stay. Each of our properties is equipped with all the essentials, including high-quality linens, bath towels, and pool towels. Our kitchens are fully stocked with dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, and even some spices, ensuring that you have everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. If you have any specific appliance or amenity inquiries, feel free to ask our team for availability.



To further enhance your convenience, we provide a starting supply of bath soaps, trash liners, toilet paper, paper towels, and dishwasher soap, coffee, creamer, sugar and more! Our laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap, so you can easily refresh your clothes during your stay.



Please note that while we provide these essential supplies, we do not provide cooking sprays/oils, cling wraps, zip lock bags, spices or pool floaties. However, should you have any other questions or requests, our team is always ready to assist you.

CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME?

We do not recommend shipping directly to the home as we do not have mailbox keys for the homes and cannot be responsible for packages once delivered. Please contact us if shipping needs are required and we will do our best to accommodate you!

Additionally, we will not accept liability for losses or damages resulting from weather conditions, natural disasters, or other incidents beyond our control.



Please be aware that some amenities, such as the pool area, may pose risks if not used with caution. Surfaces can be slippery when wet, and tenants assume all risks associated with using the patio or any other area inside or outside the property.

Guest Access:

Please consider this your home during your stay and also please treat the home and neighbors with respect.



During your stay at my house you will have full access to the entire house ( there will be owner closets that will be locked ).



Guests will have access the entire home during there stay 24 hours using a keypad.
