Experience Panama City Beach like a local in this beachfront townhome. Property is situated right on the beach, less than a 3 minute walk straight to the water. Just 1.5 miles from Pier Park and a 10-15 minute drive to Rosemary Beach and less than a 5 minute drive from the beautiful conversation walking trails. The beautiful space features a king bed, full bed, 2 twin beds, and a hallway nook bunk bed. Perfect for families or groups up 10 guests. Guests can relax in the soothing living room, which includes a comfortable sofa bed. With three full bathrooms, mornings are easy and convenient. Whether you’re unwinding after a day of adventure or enjoying time together, this enjoyable retreat offers a welcoming atmosphere. We look forward to hosting you at our place!

We have stayed here before in 2019, and absolutely loved it. We tried to do an early check in this time, which was fine by the owner, but the cleaning crew didnt have it ready yet, which is whatever, that is no fault to the owner, they were trying to be very accommodating and we appreciated that. The property was clean and smelled good upon check in. There is some obvious repairs that need to be made, such as the broken & loose kitchen tiles, and the oven would not preheat on the bake setting and would only work on broil, I managed to cook breakfast the first morning we were there, but when I went to open the oven door to try and use it, the handle fell off on the right hand side (I notified the owner immediately of the handle breaking loose and it only being able to cook on broil) but never heard back, so the use of the oven was a no go during our stay, that was okay, we made due. We love the location, it is right on the beach, just a short walk to the water, a short drive to Pier Park and many restaurants.
