Inside, you’ll find 3 bedrooms with dream-worthy beds and 2 full bathrooms stocked with complimentary toiletries and fluffy towels. After a day on the lake or the slopes, unwind in the brand-new hot tub, warm up by the cozy fireplace, or step outside to one of the two decks to enjoy the crisp mountain air.
The main living space is bright and welcoming, with a light-filled great room, an updated kitchen with newer appliances, and a fully stocked kitchen for cooking at home. There’s also an 8-person dining table—perfect for shared meals, game nights, or remote work. A charming custom log staircase adds that classic Tahoe cabin touch.

We chose this neighborhood because it gives you the best of Tahoe in one spot—close to the lake and great trails, but also just minutes from downtown, restaurants, and the ski resorts. We love the tranquility here: it feels open, peaceful, and tucked away from the crowds. Most of all, this area brings back childhood memories for us—classic Tahoe days outside, simple moments, and that cozy mountain-lake vibe.

Inside, it’s comfortable and inviting with a bright great room, a fully stocked kitchen for home-cooked meals, and a big dining table that’s perfect for slow breakfasts, game nights, and making memories together. And the location really is the best of North Lake Tahoe: you’re close to the lake and beautiful trails, minutes from Tahoe City’s restaurants, and an easy drive to the ski resorts—yet the neighborhood still feels peaceful, open, and tucked away, like your own little Tahoe retreat.
